Liquefied flammable gas(such as LNG,LPG,etc.)as an important energy production of the life of people today,because of the flammable and explosive properties,most likely in the process of production,gathering and other dangerous accidents,liquefied flammable gas pressure tank after the explosion shock wave,the equipment in chemical plant area and the surrounding people great harm,liquefied flammable gas pressure tank explosion has often accompanied by physical explosion and chemical explosion occurred,the two forms of explosion shock wave superposition effect will occur,will strengthen the destructive potential of shock wave superposition effect,cause more serious consequences.In order to study the complex explosion phenomenon,nonlinear explicit dynamic software ANSYS/IS-DYNA is use to simulate the liquefied flammable gas pressure tank of physical explosion and chemical explosion shock wave superposition effect,the propagation law of shock wave and the adjacent equipment under the effect of shock wave of explosion load distribution,the main content includes the following aspects:1.The finite element model was established by using the ANSYS preprocessor,and the IS-DYNA solver was used to solve the problem,and the results were analyzed with the LS-PREPOST reprocessing program,and through the simulation analysis of the explosives in infinite domain air explosion condition as well as the propagation of the shock wave encounter obstacles,the simulation results with the empirical formula calculation results and experimental phenomenon,compare the theory of law,high results,and the numerical simulation method is proved the feasibility of the explosion shock wave simulation.2.Taking 100m3 vertical LNG storage tank as an example,this paper through the simulation calculation formula to calculate the physical explosion and chemical explosion energy,using molecular dynamics,heat and mass transfer theory formulas to calculate the time between the physical explosion and chemical explosion.The superposition effect of shock wave caused by physical explosion and chemical explosion in pressure storage tank of liquefied combustible gas was studied.3.Analyze the explosion load distribution and impulse change of adjacent LNG tanks under the action of superimposed shock wave,obtain the annular distribution and height distribution of explosive load on the front surface of the storage tank are obtained,and the strength of each part of the tank subjected to shock wave breaking,providing reference and reference for the safety protection of chemical production equipment area.
