| According to the requirements of diesel quality upgrade in Jilin Petrochemical Company,a new set of 1.6 million tons/year diesel hydrofining units is required.In summer,it processes straight-run heavy diesel,catalytic diesel and coking diesel.In winter,it processes straight-run heavy diesel,straight-run light diesel,catalytic diesel and coking diesel.The unit mainly produces naphtha and national V diesel blending components,while by-product part of desulfurization dry gas.In winter,the second fractionator system is put into operation,and the second fractionator is set up to separate light and heavy fractions of diesel oil,taking into account the production of-35 # low pour point diesel oil blending components.PHF-101 P series protective agent and PHF-101 diesel hydrogenation refining catalyst developed by China Petroleum and Petrochemical Research Institute are used in the unit.The first operation cycle of the catalyst is expected to be 3 years,the catalyst is regenerated outside the reactor,and the total life expectancy is 6 years.According to the requirements of various product quality indicators and the changes of process parameters,the catalyst can be checked whether it meets the requirements of diesel quality upgrading in each stage,and the possibility of long-term operation of the unit can be predicted according to the relevant data analysis. |
