With the continuous development of China's manufacturing industry,the demand for high-speed and high-precision machine tools is gradually increasing.How to improve the machining speed and machining accuracy has become an important issue in the development of machine tools.Double-drive linear feed system can effectively suppress the vibration of high acceleration and deceleration,improve system rigidity,extend the life of the screw,significantly improve the system's response capability,and it has been gradually gained wide application in the design of the machine tool feed system.Therefore,designing and developing a digital design tool set for the double-drive feed system,which to realize the rapid design of the feed system and the dynamic,static,thermal simulation analysis,are important to improve the scientific and efficiency of machine tools design.The typical business of lectotype design and dynamic and thermal simulation has been analyzed in this paper.The design and analysis process of double-drive linear feed system,and two key technologies which are quick selection algorithm and joint surface modeling algorithm were researched.Firstly,according to the existing selection system,analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the design method and process,a key components of double-drive linear feed system design calculation method has been studied,and a quick selection process has been designed.Secondly,this paper has summarized equivalent contact form and layout face hard point of the common machine tool assembly,proved the necessary and sufficient conditions for the contact determination of two assembly surfaces.The algorithm has been designed and implemented,which can quickly pick up and define interface,and it has been applied to the simulation analysis process and improved the analysis efficiency.Finally,a double-drive feed system rapid design toolset had been developed based on ANSYS and C#.The toolset has functions with multiple double-drive feed system selection and design,and dynamic thermal analysis optimization design.The correctness of the design method and software system is proved by the application verification in the machine tool enterprise.
