| In modern industrial processing forging,metal welding on the surface of the workpiece and melting all need high quantity of heat,common methods of heating efficiency,low energy consumption,also caused the pollution to the environment,so the heating power of pollution-free reliable is the induction heating power supply,in the industry for induction heating surface quenching is the most widely used parts,it makes the parts processing greatly simplified,and lower the cost.After induction heating of the surface of the parts will get higher hardness,internal sparing the toughness,therefore this heating method can not only increase the working life of the components can also improve the machine’s performance,there are all kinds of induction heating power supply circuit,used for the induction power supply the power of the domestic industry,ranging from several hundred to a few mw induction heating power supply of the market also is in rapid growth,so this type of industrial applications required power level is increasing.This paper proposes a new type of high-power,high-efficiency induction heating power supply,which has the advantage of high power factor,is not affected by load changes,and has low input current.Before the design,the output of the three combinations of diode rectifier + chopper + IGBT inverter,thyristor rectifier + chopper + IGBT inverter,IGBT rectifier + IGBT inverter is compared by simulation.Value,finally selected the circuit topology composed of thyristor rectifier + chopper + IGBT inverter.This article mainly focuses on the hardware,mainly including the following aspects: First,the design of the peripheral hardware circuit of the high-frequency induction heating power supply,the hardware parameters are calculated by the conventional empirical formula,and then the hardware of the filtering,rectification,inverter,and load circuit Make a choice.Second,the hardware circuit is built and the software is debugged.The selected hardware circuits are combined,and all the detected values are input into the STM32F103 chip.By modifying the input parameters,each sub-hardware module can meet the output requirements and can Get the output.Third,test observation and correction,verify the gap between the simulated waveform and the actual circuit waveform,and change the parameters by adjusting the algorithm to make the actual circuit output value more perfect and more optimized.The induction heating power source studied in this paper is mainly applied to the metal plating protection layer on the outer surface of iron wire products.Due to the requirements of the process,the wire products need to remove the oxide film through the high temperature waters first,and then after a series of cleaning and polishing processes,the outer metal plating protection is small.The granules are then heated by a high temperature of thousands of degrees to uniformly melt the metal particles and coat the surface of the wire product.This paper focuses on the research and solves the technical problems of power factor,ripple characteristics,harmonic distortion,passive component capacity,hardware selection,etc.Through the simulink simulation,the correctness of the theory of this subject is verified.Based on theoretical research,the paper is built.The highfrequency induction heating power supply of about 197 kHz successfully performs surface cleaning,quenching and plating on the wire. |
