Based on the design,development and implementation of the sewage control system in Tianjin sewage treatment plant,this thesis will investigate the sewage treatment technology and control requirements in detail.The PLC based sewage control system was designed to complete the system hardware and software selection,control programming,monitoring interface configuration,and system communication network architecture.DDE communication protocol is configured to realize the data interaction between WinCC and MATLAB,so as to complete the soft measurement of sewage pH value and make basic preparations for the subsequent adved control of pH value.In order to solve the difficulty on measuring the pH value of sewage in the process of sewage treatment,a method for Just-in-time learning(JITL)pH value soft measurement based on the(LS-SVM)is proposed.This soft measurement collects operation data of various working conditions,using JITL algorithm based on diste and angle information to sreen out sample data for pH value modeling.Adopt particle swarm algorithm to optimize parameters and the LS-SVM to model.By comparing the simulation results with the actual working conditions and the LS-SVM model,the results show that the soft measurement method can realize the timely prediction of sewage pH value and the prediction accuracy is good.To the question of the difficulty of controlling pH value of sewage and the inability of traditional PID control.Neural network PID is used to control the pH value of wastewater.Compared with the PID simulation under different disturbances,it is proved that the neural network PID controller runs more stably,has higher control precision and stronger anti-interference ability in the sewage pH control system.
