Flexible electronic devices have good softness and can be installed on the surfaces of various shapes for parameter monitoring.The difference between smart clothing and wearable sensors is that smart clothing emphasizes the importance of smart and it can sense the stimulation of environment and the physiological conditions of the wearer for feedback.Flexible sensors play an important role in monitoring the physiological parameters of human body.By selecting different materials and crafts to create flexible sensors with high flexibility,low weight and ultra-thin then that can be applied in Smart clothing.The article uses a low-cost and simple method-water bath to lead porosity into the composite films to achieve its moisture permeability for comfortable.The effect of temperature changes on the morphology and properties of the composite film was observed during the manufacturing process by changing the bath temperature(20?,40?,60?and 80?),then films are represented by scanning electron microscopy,moisture permeability,XPS,electrical property and mechanical property.The properties of the porous composite films were analyzed and compared with the non-porous composite film under the same conditions.Then all the composite films were packaged into two different kinds of sensors,and their performance was characterized,including repeatability,hysteresis,linearity and sensitivity.Finally,the best sensor was packaged on T-shirts,gloves and tights separately for joint movements.It can be found by electron microscopy that the size of the holes does not have certain regularity,and the holes on the surface of the sample are randomly distributed.Through the moisture permeability,it can be found that the moisture permeability of the porous composite film is much better than that of the non-porous composite film.Compared with the interdigital sensor,the piezoresistive performance of the sandwich sensor is more stable,and the data has a good coincidence with the fitting curve.In addition,the sandwich sensor has better sensitivity,hysteresis and repeatability than the interdigital sensor.As far as the sandwich sensor is concerned,the sensitivity of the five sensors gradually decreases with the increase of the pressure.The hysteresis of the four porous sensors is better than that of the non-porous sensor,and also shows good repeatability.Smart T-shirts,gloves and tights with sample C sandwich sensor can detect the movement of the human arm,wrist,knee and finger pressure,so these have a good application prospect in health care.
