The Exploration Of The Application Of Illustration Language In The Performance Of Lacquer Art Screens

As an important part of traditional furniture,the lacquer screen has a long history.The lacquer screen has become well-known as the exclusive furnishing of the royal court since ancient times.After long-term historical development,the lacquer screen still plays an irreplaceable role in spatial pattern re-creation and imaginative space expression in today’s society.In either home life or specific public space,the lacquer screen can always create the peculiar beauty of artistic conception by reflecting the unique features of surroundings.Therefore,it not only has practical value,but also shows a new aesthetic ideology and cultural connotation.With the development of the times and the increase of people’s demands for artistic aesthetics,the types and styles of the lacquer screen have changed with each passing day,and its expression techniques have also become rich and varied.It reveals its unique sense of beauty in numerous fields of public space.Contemporary lacquer originators have integrated modern design elements into the expression of lacquer screens continuously,and created aesthetically pleasing lacquer screen works with special features by seeking the novelty.In this paper,exploration and study were conducted on the expression of the unique visual language illustration in lacquer screens,for the pursuit of “novelty”and “change”.By setting the illustration language as the central topic,the author wrote three chapters to expound the development of Chinese lacquer screens and illustration language in lacquer screens,and to study the application of illustration language in the expression of modern lacquer screens through creative practice research,hoping to expand the new field of lacquer screen expression and to present the everlasting vitality of lacquer screens.
