Research On The Construction Of Rural Ecological Civilization In My Country From The Perspective Of The Concept Of Green Development

Xi Jinping indicated in the 19th National People’s Congress that"constructing ecological civilization is the millennium plan for sustainable development of Chinese nation."Construction of ecological civilization is one of the five-in-one layouts in China,the countryside is the important position and foundation for ecological civilization construction in China.Ecological civilization without the countryside is impossible to realize ecological civilization around the country.In the new era,with the in-depth implementation of green development concept,rural ecological civilization construction increasingly becomes the hotspot and focus concerned by the whole society.No.1 Central Document in 2019—The Opinion on Completing "Three-rural"Work in Priority Development of Agricultural Countryside emphasizes on implementing rural construction,accelerating rural human settlement ernvironment and public service weakness,and further improving rural ecological civilization construction.As a result,under the vision of green development concept,it has the theoretical and practical significance to discuss the existing problems in rural ecological civilization construction and explore its practice path.With the guidance of Marxist Theory and Xi Jinping’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and foundation of green development concept,the author uses rural ecological civilization construction as the research object,focuses on the realistic problem in this process,and deeply analyzes the in-depth causes behind problems.Guided by the green development concept,the author proposes the feasible practice path of rural ecological civilization construction in China,hoping to spread beautiful villages around the country.Through the study,the author draws the following results:under the vision of green development concept,the current rural ecological civilization construction in China has lots of shortcomings and exposes the problems,including serious rural environmental contamination,intensification of rural resource degeneration,weak ecological consciousness of farmers,and lagging rural environmental facility construction.These problems are interweaved and mutually affected and become the“stumbling blocks" in this process.In fact,these problems show the in-depth causes for lagging rural ecological civilization construction and get invol-ved in economy,system and social culture,including long-term urban-rural binary structure,extensive economic development mode,traditional ideology and traditional government performance examination.The above-mentioned research results indicate that insisting in green development concept is the basic observation and action guidance of rural ecological civilization construction in China.Guided by the green development concept,it is necessary to start from developing the green ecological economy,perfecting rural ecological civilization system and cultivating rural ecological culture in the whole aspect and overall process of rural ecological civilization construction driven by "greenization" and "ecologicalization",so as to stand out green ecological benefit,strengthen green development safeguard,build the green development atmosphere,conduct the comprehensive and systematic green revolution,insist in the green development road,construct the "green synthesis"of beautiful villages,and promote rural areas to realize productive development,rich life and good ecology.
