The petroleum industry occupies a very important position in the national economy and is also an important guarantee for daily production and life.PetronChina North China Petrochemical Refinery currently has many problems such as poor adaptability of crude oil,low product quality standards,many hidden dangers of safety and environmental protection,and low quality of oil products.In order to solve these problems,North China Petrochemical intends to improve the quality of the whole plant's steam and diesel products by building a refinery quality upgrade and safety and environmental protection technology transformation project.According to the overall arrangement of the renovation project,it is necessary to upgrade the existing set of 1.3 million tons/year continuous reforming unit,and the improved advanced control system is the key link for upgrading and transformation.The project is to design the control system based on above background.On the basis of introducing the process flow of the continuous reforming device,the paper first analyzes the basic structure and key control technology of the DCS system of the continuous reforming device,and then completes the hardware selection,circuit design and software development of the DCS system.In terms of hardware,completes the design of controllers,safety barriers,relays,I/O cards,FT A cabinets based on Honeywell DCS and the analysis and selection of field instruments were also completed.In terms of software,completes the analysis of the interlocking condition of simple loop and its configuration design,the analysis of the interlocking condition of complex loop and its configuration design,and tuning of the control loop PID.Through transformation and upgrading,the continuous reforming unit has achieved remarkable results in product quality improvement,and the quality of oil products has been effectively improved.In particular,the transformation and upgrading of the control system provides a strong guarantee for ensuring safe and stable operation of the device and improving the quality of the oil.
