Along with the development of agriculture,agriculture in solid waste production is growing,how more safe,convenient and efficient to deal with a large amount of agricultural waste more and more get people's attention,at present,the use of the earthworm treatment of agricultural waste has been widely accepted,but the agricultural waste treatment of earthworm breeding in China still exist many problems,such as the earthworm breeding occupies an area of big,poor feed palatability,high labor intensity and production cost is high,in view of the above problem,this paper carried out a research into the following:(1)the decomposing and aquaculture developed in this paper,the fermentation test bench,specific for aerobic fermentation of animal manure and the integration of the earthworm cultivation device,including gas supply device,water supply device,and the decomposing and breeding barrel fermentation,the device is simple and efficient,poultry and animal feces fermentation can realize the decomposing and can undertake the function of earthworm cultivation,can be automatically controlled fermentation temperature and humidity in the process of decay and breeding,rapid processing agricultural waste,save manpower and material resources,simple structure,use more convenient,and high efficiency.(2)in fresh sheep droppings as main ingredient,corn straw as auxiliary materials in fermentation decomposing and breeding experiment platform for aerobic fermentation decay,humidity and air flow rate ratio of basic material,finishing as influencing factors of temperature,PH,C/N,moisture content,crude ash,crude protein,crude fiber,the change of the index such as seed germination index to evaluate the fermentation decomposing and the decomposing and degrees,through the single factor experiment the first best range after various factors orthogonal experiment research,the purpose of the orthogonal experiment is to find the most rapid fermentation the decomposing process,using the response surface analysis to optimize the result,the test results show that the The optimum parameters for aerobic fermentation of sheep manure and corn stalk were as follows: volume ratio of sheep manure to corn stalk 3:2,base material humidity 60%,ventilation flow 10L/min,At this time,the completion time of fermentation and decomposition was 12 days,and the seed germination index was 99.84%.The fermentation and decomposition test bed greatly shortened the aerobic fermentation and decomposition period ofmanure and sewage straw,and the degree of decomposition was good.(3)has obtained good sheep droppings and fermented corn stalk decomposing and material as the earthworm breeding base,decomposing and breeding in fermentation test-bed,earthworm cultivation experiment with makings humidity,air flow in the process of breeding and breeding density as influence factors,in order to best vermis,wormcast output,the conversion of such evaluation indexes as organic matter,three factors three levels orthogonal experiment research,using the response surface analysis to optimize the result,the test results show that the humidity is 73%,the best finishing.The ventilation flow was 13L/min.The cultivation density was 26,000units/barrel,at which time 88.47 g of the theoretical 100 worm weight,92.08 g of earthworm manure yield and 43.05% of organic matter conversion were obtained.The results provide the premise and theoretical basis for the utilization of agricultural wastes such as livestock and poultry manure and efficient earthworm breeding.
