Inventory management issues have always been a very important issue that must be addressed in business management.In the traditional sense,inventory management is generally considered from the perspective of a single enterprise.As the external environment of the enterprise has an increasing influence on the enterprise,it is necessary to solve the inventory problem from a broader perspective.Go to the appropriate considerations.To study the multi-level inventory management problem in the supply chain under stochastic demand,it is to study how to reduce the inventory quantity in the entire supply chain reasonably under the premise of satisfying the stochastic demand of customers in time,thus making the supply chain The enterprise obtains the overall optimal ordering strategy,and then can reasonably and effectively configure the enterprise resources in the supply chain,so that the supply chain can achieve the lowest capital occupation rate and the maximum profit.However,because of the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises,diversified market information has become more and more discreet and randomized.Under such circumstances,the traditional inventory management system is not used.It can solve the problem of inventory management strategy well.Therefore,researching multi-level inventory management under stochastic demand in the supply chain has become the best way for enterprises in the supply chain to control resources reasonably and effectively.This paper mainly studies the multi-level inventory management optimization problem of Y company.After understanding the actual visit of Y company,the multi-level inventory problem of Y company is clearly explained.Based on the summary of inventory control,multi-level inventory control,genetic algorithm and other related theories in the supply chain environment,this paper combines the research status of multi-level inventory problems at home and abroad,according to the status quo of multi-level inventory management of Y company.The overall concept of supply chain existing in Y company is not strong,the understanding of user service is not appropriate,the delivery status data is inaccurate,the inventory control strategy is simplified,and the influence of uncertainty on inventory is ignored.On the basis of analyzing the problems,we pay attention to the uncertainty of demand,the multi-level inventory in the logistics operation and the inventory cost of the inter-warehouse scheduling.We not only consider the inventory cost control,but also add the shortage and out-of-stock time to multi-level inventory.The problem is seen as a multi-objective optimization problem.Then,according to the current situation of multi-level inventory management of Y company,aiming at the total cost of supply chain inventory control under stochastic demand,the multi-level inventory management problem optimization model under stochastic demand is constructed,and the genetic algorithm is used for multi-level under stochastic demand.The inventory management problem optimization model is solved,and the multi-level inventory optimization allocation scheme is obtained,and some implementation suggestions are given.
