Research On The Impact Of Hailiang's Industry-finance Integration On Business Performance

The combination of industry and finance is the inevitable outcome of the development of market economy at a certain stage.It is one of the effective ways for enterprises to diversify their development through the organic integrati on of industrial capital and financial capital within an enterprise.It can not on ly promote the synergy of group industries,optimize the allocation of resources,but also share the high profits of the financial industry.At present,China’s e conomic development is in a new normal state of low-speed growth and indust rial restructuring.In order to seek diversification and greater profit demands of enterprises,most enterprises follow the learning experience of foreign countrie s and carry out the development path of integration of industry and finance.From the perspective of listed companies’ participation in financial institutio ns and taking Hailiang Stock as an example,this paper makes a detailed analy sis of the process of the integration of industry and finance.With the deepenin g of the integration of industry and finance of Hailiang Stock,the synergistic effect of industrial capital and financial capital becomes more and more obviou s.In order to verify whether the combination of industry and finance plays a positive role in improving business performance,this paper uses case analysis,financial analysis,factor analysis and linear regression analysis of ARDL mode l based on theoretical analysis and data of enterprises and related industries fro m 2009 to 2017.The impact of the practice of combining industry with Finan ce on business performance.Through the case study of Hailiang Stock Company,this paper holds that the combination of industry and finance can make industrial capital and financi al capital support each other,play a synergistic effect,help to expand the scal e of enterprises,bring investment returns to enterprises,increase their profits,i mprove their core competitiveness and gain international competitive advantages.Finally,improve the performance of enterprises.However,in the process of i ntegration of industry and finance,enterprises must do a good job in monitoring and management to prevent financial risks from causing the breakdown of th e capital chain and leading to the bankruptcy of the entire enterprise group.
