| The Xinchang gas field,multi-gas reservoir,is a complex large gas field in the western Sichuan Basin.The Shaximiao formation 58 wells(three horizontal wells)are located in the Lianyi company block in the central and eastern regions of the Xinchang gas field.However,with the deepening of gas reservoir development,the average gas pressure and daily gas production have decreased,the water production has increased year by year,and the wellbore has accumulated a lot of liquid,resulting in a rapid decline in gas well production,which seriously affects the normal production of gas wells.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the tracking and evaluation of the corresponding gas production process and formulate the production system in a single well,which is the key to prevent the gas well production from decreasing too fast,or even flooding and stopping production.With the continuous development of the Shaximiao formation gas field,due to the large amount of water produced by the gas field and the serious effluent of wellbore liquid loading,the gas well production declines rapidly,which seriously affects the normal production of the gas well.Measures to track such wells should be strengthened,and production systems for gas wells should be formulated in a timely manner to prevent gas well production from declining too quickly or even flooding.Therefore,in view of the current situation of liquid-gas wells in the Shaximiao formation gas field,this paper conducts research on the steady production measures of the Shaximiao formation gas wells,and mainly completed the following work:(1)Analyzing the production data of 58 wells in the Shaximiao formation gas reservoir.Mastering the characteristics of production,pressure and water production of the gas reservoir,and the factors affecting the stable production of gas wells were determined.(2)Evaluating the effect of gas well bubble discharge,according to the content of gas well after drug addition,pressure,water production change and the effective period of bubble discharge.Combined with the liquid level monitoring technology of echometer,the causes of gas well production inefficiency are analyzed and classified.The foaming agent was studied from the aspects of reagent type,concentration,cycle,addition method,auxiliary drainage,compounding and combined with the minimum liquid carrying flow of the gas well,the bubble of "one well and one system" was formulated to maintain normal production of gas wells.(3)The tracking and analysis of the pressure,output and gas lift effects of gas lift wells and gas source wells were carried out,and the problems existing in the gas lifts between wells were analyzed.According to the change of production characteristics of gas source wells and gas lift wells,the gas injection parameters are optimized.For some gas wells with large pressure difference,fast liquid accumulation speed,poor oil jacket connectivity,gas source well gas lift difficult to cover large areas,carring out the vehicle gas lift process test in L115-1 well,L115-2 well,L115-4 well,L117 well,CX615 well.(4)Analyzing the production situation of easy-blocking gas wells,the gas wells are classified according to their blockage conditions,and the hydrate production conditions are predicted.Through the prediction results,adopt the idea of "prevention first,combine with blockage removal and blockage prevention",and optimize the construction parameters of anti-blocking measures by adding anti-blocking agent XF-1 and blocking agent XJ-1,which ensure the well opening rate and well opening rate of the gas well to the maximum extent,and reduce the anti-blocking construction cost. |
