With the laser processing technology applied widely,the efficiency and precision requirements of laser processing are increasing.In order to relieve the restriction of traditional gear and rack drive mode to improve the performance of laser cutting machine,this thesis quoted the driving technology of linear motor,studied and designed the fiber laser cutting machine based on linear motor,and the key problems such as cooling application,dedusting and detection feedback of linear motor in laser cutting machine were solvedThe fiber laser cutting machine system based on linear motor drive was built.The components and their functions of laser cutting machine were briefly described.A water-cooling system and an air-circuit system were constructed,and their workflow was planned in this paper.The operation control requirements and solutions for linear motor drive in laser cutting machine were studied.The main components,working principle and advantages of the linear motor were briefly described.For the problems of magnetic isolation,dustproof,self-locking and cogging in the application,the motor peripheral protection and its own structure installation adjustment were carried out.The signals of drive control and feedback were measured by grating scale,and the installation components of the grating scale were designed.To ensure the good cooling effect of the linear motor,the test of water-cooled sealing was carried out before installation.The high-strength thin-wall welded steel beam of laser cutting machine was designed Based on the finite element method,the structural analysis and optimization design of the steel beam were carried out to meet the requirements of the lightweight design of the steel beam and have good mechanical properties.The self-welding technology was used to weld beam,and finally form a beam welding process route based on laser welding.The body design of the laser cutting machine was completed.The main body of the bed was designed the frame type gantry box structure to ensure high rigidity of the whole machine.For the high dustproof requirements of the linear motor,the dust removal air duct structure was designed according to the fluid mechanics theory in the dust removal system,and the automatic chip removal system was applied;based on the finite element method,the displacement change of the linear motor during installation was analyzed,and the installation surface of the bed and the linear motor was designed.For the protection of the laser processing blanking area,the graphite plate has good protection effect through experiments.Through the research of this subject,the linear motor driving technology is used to simplify the design idea of the machine tool;the high-strength thin-wall welding steel beam and self fusion welding technology are used to form a unique beam welding process route;and the unique dedusting air duct structure of the linear motor machine tool is designed to effectively prevent dust and greatly promote the upgrading of the application technology of the linear motor machine tool.
