Graphite tailings are industrial wastes generated during the mining of graphite. In this test, the appropriate amount of graphite tailings was used to replace the sand in cement mortar by mass substitution method to study the effect of graphite tailings on the mechanical and electrical properties of cement mortar. In order to further reduce the resistivity of cement mortar,at the optimal dosage of graphite tailings(GT),functional materials thin layer graphene(TLG),multilayer graphene(MLG)and carbon fiber(CF)were separately mixed to prepare graphite tailings Mine thin layer graphene(GTCM-TLG),graphite tailings multi-layer graphene(GTCM-MLG),graphite tailings carbon fiber(GTCM-CF)three complex phase conductive cement mortars, mechanical and electrical tests are conducted at the specified age.The specific research content and conclusions are as follows:The graphite tailings in Jixi City and the graphite tailings in Luobei City were used to replace part of the sand in the cement mortar for mechanical and electrical tests. The results show that both graphite tailings can improve the mechanical properties and electrical properties of cement mortar. When the graphite tailings substitution amount in Jixi City is 30% of the sand mass, the mechanical properties and electrical properties are relatively optimal. The functional materials TLG,MLG,and CF can all reduce the resistivity of cement mortar.Among them,TLG has the smallest effect on the resistivity of cement mortar. Both MLG and CF can reduce the resistivity of cement mortar by an order of magnitude. The resistivity of the multiphase conductive cement mortar is also affected by external factors such as curing age, measured temperature and measured voltage.Through the test,it is found that the resistivity is linearly related to the curing age.Lowtemperature will reduce the conductivity of the multiphase conductive cement mortar. It is more reasonable to use a 20 V measurement voltage than a 4V measurement voltage.Through the pressure-sensitivity test of GTCM-CF conductive cement mortar,it is found that with the increase of CF content, the resistance change rate shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing. When the CF dosage is 1.0%,the resistance change rate reaches the minimum value, that is,the pressure sensitivity is the best. The pressure sensitivity is also affected by the measurement voltage. The pressure sensitivity at 20 V measurement voltage is better than that at 4V measurement voltage. In order to analyze the constitutive relationship between compressive stress and resistance change rate, curve fitting was carried out on the test block data of the CF content of 1.0%,and the relationship between the two was most consistent with the parabolic regression equation.
