In order to strengthen the informationization and network construction of enterprise management,Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.decided to start ERP online work.Southwest Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.was the former template participating unit and the first batch of online units. The whole process participated in the construction of the entire ERP system, such as preliminary research, process grooming, template design, and system development. The ERP project has the characteristics of long implementation period, large investment, high risk and wide coverage. How to strengthen the risk management and control of ERP project implementation has become one of the key factors for the Southwest Petroleum Project to complete the ERP system construction on time. The implementation of this ERP project by Southwest Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.is the first time that Sinopec Group Company has promoted ERP to technical service enterprises. As a labor-intensive enterprise, especially as a pilot unit, how to reduce the risk of ERP project implementation and enable the ERP project to be successfully launched is the focus of research. This will be related to the success of the entire ERP project of Sinopec Petroleum Engineering Company. As a labor-intensive enterprise, the ERP system itself is quite different from the enterprise business flow, management mode, and production mode. The traditional risk management research is less labor-intensive,and the labor-intensive business model has a big difference with the ERP system operation concept.First, the target is not clear. Most people mistakenly believe that ERP implementation is a simple enterprise information construction project or enterprise management information system project. In fact,ERP is an enterprise system,a comprehensive integrated management model.Second, the understanding is not clear. Most enterprise employees regard the ERP system project as only one system, and lack a deep understanding and understanding of the three concepts of management thinking, management software, and management information system. The computer system is not a management purpose, but a management tool;the ERP project is not a computer system, but a management project. It is a comprehensive innovation of the enterprise management model. It is a profound management revolution, with a large workload,a wide range of applications, and a long implementation cycle. It is a very complicated management system project. The third is to implement more contradictions. The contradiction between the integration of ERP and the difficulty of coordination among departments in the implementation, the contradiction between the advanced nature of ERP and the quality of enterprise personnel, the wide application range and the contradiction of data preparation workload, the contradiction between the accuracy of the plan and the basic data of IT system The contradiction between the long implementation cycle and the rapid update of IT technology, the contradiction between the enterprise demand and the system work center of gravity deviation, the contradiction between high investment and slow income, the long implementation cycle and the contradiction between the enterprise’s "top leader" and the psychological endurance Wait. This paper takes the risk management and control of the ERP project implemented by Southwest Petroleum Engineering Company as the research object.Based on the theory and method of project management risk management, the purpose is to prevent and control the implementation risk of the Southwest Petroleum Engineering Company ERP project. As a practitioner who has worked in petroleum engineering enterprises for 6 years, the author uses the opportunity of the implementation of ERP project by Southwest Petroleum Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and combines theory with practice to analyze the necessity of implementing ERP in petroleum-intensive labor-intensive enterprises. It analyzes the possible risk points and risk control schemes in the process of implementing ERP,and hopes to provide some suggestions for the successful implementation of ERP projects for labor-intensive enterprises. |
