Study On The Technical And Economic Evaluation Of The Iraqi Coiled Tubing Operation Equipment Purchase Project

In recent years,the coiled tubing operation technology with many advantages has been favored by the vast number of oil and gas fields at home and abroad.Some well-known overseas oil and gas production companies have put forward rigid requirements for Party B units engaged in oil service,that is,to have the technology,teams and equipment to carry out coiled tubing operation before they can enter their market.In order to open up the Iraqi market for continuous tubing service,to expand and strengthen its own coiled tubing service industry,and to enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of G Branch,it is urgent for G Branch to purchase a set of coiled tubing operation equipment in time.Due to the huge value of the equipment,even if the situation is urgent,this set of purchase equipment still needs G branch compliance to carry out the corresponding technical and economic evaluation work conscientiously.Specifically includes the project establishment and construction,project necessity and market feasibility analysis,project technical feasibility demonstration,project financial feasibility evaluation,project uncertainty and risk analysis and so on.Technical and economic evaluation is one of the core contents of the project feasibility study,and its evaluation conclusion is also an important part of the final feasibility study report.According to the provisions of the third edition of the national project economic evaluation method and parameters and combined with the actual situation of the project,this paper carries out a detailed technical and economic evaluation study on the acquisition project of Iraqi coiled tubing operation equipment,aiming to provide some reference for the scientific and rational decision-making of equipment procurement of G Branch.Firstly,this paper analyzes the market,technology and environment feasibility of the acquisition project of Iraqi coiled tubing operation equipment,then estimates the investment and profit and loss of the project in turn,and then carries out a comprehensive financial feasibility evaluation of the project on this basis(specifically,the profitability evaluation,debt paying ability evaluation and financial viability evaluation of the project are carried out).Evaluation and financial viability evaluation,and then carried out further uncertainty and risk analysis of the project.The final conclusion of this paper shows that the acquisition project of coiled tubing operation equipment has good financial feasibility and strong anti-risk ability.It is suggested that G Branch should speed up the acquisition of equipment and do a good job of the corresponding equipment management in the later period.
