China is the spandex production and export power in the spandex market accounted for more than half of the market,but because the product quality does not meet the requirements of some countries in the international competition is very passive.In order to improve product quality,the need to introduce modern product quality system.L Company is a differentiated spandex main production enterprises,enterprise quality management control process is not perfect,the quality system running ineffective.In recent years,the analysis of quality complaints and found that complaints mainly focus on product quality problems and product storage problems in two areas,and these two problems arising from the first line of operation caused by human error,for this can avoid the error,that Existing quality management procedures have optimized space.In order to improve product quality,this paper summarizes the existing quality control procedures to target a new quality optimization system project.Through the research of project management content,this paper puts forward the quality improvement system of L Company based on total quality management and 7S theory.The L company quality system framework design,and develop a quality improvement system of the specific implementation of the required investment in human,capital,time planning,quality improvement system construction project timetable.Finally,the protection measures to carry out the project discussed,including the improvement of quality system construction,within the enterprise to establish a good quality atmosphere,people-oriented to enhance the quality of staff,focus on the future quality of innovation and so on.
