Research On The Synthesis Process Of High Temperature And High Pressure Polycrystalline Cubic Boron Nitride (PCBN) Integrated Sheet

In this paper,polycrystalline cubic boron nitride is synthesized under high temperature and high pressure by a special hexahedral press in China.In this paper,the optimum conditions for the synthesis of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride monoliths under high temperature and high pressure were studied,and the contents of aluminum powder,cobalt powder and other substances in the micro powder of polycrystalline cubic boron nitride monoliths were changed.The best synthesis conditions are:pressure 5.7 GPA,synthesis time 5 min,synthesis temperature 1400 ?,the best synthesis ratio is: 8% aluminum powder,2% cobalt powder,0.1% other substances,92.9% cubic boron nitride powder.The polycrystalline cubic boron nitride with high hardness and density was synthesized.
