| Conventional test paper such as pH test paper can only be used once.Similarly,traditional fluorescent probes based on particles also face the same problem.They generally initiate detection by the fluorescence quenching of nanoparticles,which is difficult to reuse after being contaminated with the target solution.Instead,the traditional method also requires a large amount of target solution(>1 mL),and can only detect one test substance,which severely limits their wide application,especially for a small amount of target solution(for example,single drop).Conversion,the sensitivity of the fluorescent probe needs to be improved.Aiming at this kind of problem,this paper designed a super sensitive and reusable single-insertion test fiber paper based on electrospinning technology,which verified its feasibility and developed its use method.First,prepare fluorescent detection fiber paper and conduct preliminary detection.Recyclable fluorescent fiber paper embedded with upconverted fluorescent particles and gold nanorods was obtained by electrospinning.With proper material selection and structural assembly,this fiber paper exhibits good flexibility and superhydrophobicity,and has enhanced up-conversion fluorescence properties.Rhodamine B(RhB)was selected as the target solution to verify the appropriateness of the fiber paper.RhB is banned as a food additive,but it often appears in food,and traditional detection methods usually require a large volume of solution(>1 mL)to be purified to a higher concentration for detection.Using this upconverted fluorescent fiber paper,only one drop can detect RhB as low as 0.01 ppm,which is better than most reported detection limits of fluorescent fiber paper.Secondly,further use of human fluids containing different riboflavin concentrations and pH values for testing.In clinical practice,two kinds of target information,riboflavin and pH,are usually detected to distinguish ambiguous diseases,but they are often performed through two different test procedures,so more target solutions are feasible.Using this recyclable fiber paper,only a single drop of the target solution can achieve both riboflavin and pH detection.The detection limit of riboflavin is as low as 0.01 ppm,which is higher than the detection limit of most reported fluorescent fiber paper.At least,the same droplet and test paper can also be used to detect the pH value at the same time,which is another advantage of the traditional detection system.After detection,it can be easily removed,resulting in excellent reusability without losing its detection sensitivity.Finally,we expanded the portable and intelligent detection method and developed a detection platform for outdoor detection using the multi-function of mobile phonesoftware.The detection platform is composed of perovskite fiber membrane,ultraviolet lamp beads and smart phone.It inherits the characteristics of the above test paper’s flexibility and hydrophobicity.Repeated detection can be completed with only a single attachment,but it is more portable than many traditional detections.Also choose RhB as an alternative to detection,the detection concentration can reach 0.1 ppm without using spectrometers and other equipment. |
