The normal operation of the mine ventilation system is one of the necessary conditions for mining.Through the mine ventilation monitoring system,you can grasp the status of the mine ventilation system,analyze and diagnose underground system failures,and make decisions and rescue in dangerous accidents.The importance of the ventilation monitoring system is self-evident.In this paper,the ventilation system of Lukuishan Iron Mine is taken as the research object,and related drawings and data are collected.Through the field parameter test of the underground ventilation system,the 3D three-dimensional model of the underground tunnel and the Ventsim ventilation system are used to solve the simulation.Theoretical analysis and clustering algorithms were used to study and analyze the location of the wind pressure and wind speed monitoring points of the ventilation monitoring system..(1)This article draws and perfects the underground ventilation maps of Lukuishan Iron Mine based on the actual survey drawings of 4 middle sections and 10 layered roadways under the mine.Ventilation network diagram;(2)Formulated the field test plan for underground ventilation system of Lukuishan Iron Mine,selected underground branch roads and main inlet and return air tunnels as test points to test the environmental parameters of underground ventilation system.Statistical analysis and test data mastered mine ventilation System status(3)Establish a three-dimensional model of the underground mine roadway of the Lukuishan Iron Mine and import Ventsim ventilation simulation software to establish a simulation database to complete the simulation of the ventilation system of the Lukuishan Iron Mine.After calculation and verification,the main return of the ventilation simulation system of the Lukuishan Iron Mine The relative error between the air volume value of the wind tunnel and the field test value is less than 5%.The simulation system can be used for ventilation system management and analysis;(4)The K-means clustering algorithm is used to cluster the partition of the underground ventilation system of the Lukuishan Iron Mine.The cluster partition is considered under the consideration of the underground tunnel space and the location of the underground tunnel is not considered.It is more reasonable to get the zoning considering the spatial location of the roadway.Calculate the BD value of the cluster evaluation index and determine that the clustering partition has the best effect when the number of partitions is 6,calculate the average Euclidean distance of the nodes in the partition,and select the node with the smallest average Euclidean distance as the monitoring point;(5)By calculating the sensitivity matrix of the ventilation system of Lukuishan Iron Mine,the influence degree and influence degree value of the branch roadway,the wind speed monitoring points are selected according to the characteristics of the sensitivity matrix,and the air volume of other roadways changes when the wind resistance of the branch roadway changes with the help of Ventsim simulation software Collection of roadways to verify the rationality of the monitoring points.The monitoring range of the 8 wind speed monitoring points in the site selection layout was verified by Ventsim.
