In recent years,with the rapid growth of China’s economy,the continuous progress of social environment and the gradual implementation of a series of national reform policies,China’s aviation oil industry has attracted more and more attention from the society.Facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges,the aviation oil industry is ushering in a historic major change.As the nation’s largest airline product procurement,transportation,storage,testing,sales,charging for the integration of aviation fuel suppliers,with the increase of the competitors,the transition of the traditional pricing mode,and pressure from supply chain upstream and downstream enterprises,China aviation oil company in China market dominance and traditional operation mode will be subject to varying degrees of impact.How to meet the challenge of the new situation is an important problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on the development status of China aviation oil co.,LTD.,this paper takes China aviation oil co.,LTD.Inner Mongolia branch as the main research object,and obtains the company’s development strategy through an in-depth study of enterprise strategic management theory.Firstly,the development status and existing problems of China aviation oil Inner Mongolia branch are analyzed.Then,by using PEST model and five competitive models,the macro environment and industry environment of cao Inner Mongolia branch are analyzed,and the opportunities and possible threats and challenges for the company’s future development are obtained.The comparative method is used to analyze the internal resources and capabilities of the company,and the advantages and disadvantages of the company in the industry are obtained.Secondly,SWOT analysis is adopted to get the company’s development strategy and development direction,and the development of the company is promoted mainly by occupying the market,optimizing the layout of regional distribution center,adjusting the supply chain mode,building the marketing service system and expanding the business scale.Finally,it points out that the company should provide a strong guarantee for the implementation of the strategy from the aspects of organizational structure construction,management system construction,information construction and talent team construction.Through the study of this paper,it is expected to provide some reference opinions for naf Inner Mongolia branch to clarify its core advantages,strengthen its development competitiveness,implement the strategic management suitable for the development of the enterprise,and help the enterprise to win the first chance in the aviation oil supply market competition,continue to grow and achieve its own development goals.At the same time,by analyzing the aviation oil supply enterprises represented by China aviation oil Inner Mongolia branch,it can accurately grasp the common problems existing in China’s aviation oil supply enterprises,and provide certain reference and reference for China’s aviation oil supply enterprises to improve their management level,better adapt to the market and achieve sustainable development.
