With the continuous slowdown of economic growth,China needs to reform from the supply side,fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient competitiveness,promote the transformation of real economic enterprises,and promote economic development.In the international competition,low cost will bring competitive advantage to the economic development,so the control of cost has become the primary problem faced by the development of China’s real economic enterprises.However,what are the cost control measures taken by enterprises under the supply-side reform? What kind of mode will be formed for enterprises to carry out total cost control in combination with supply-side reform? By combing the existing theories,we can not get a clear answer.Starting from the connotation of supply-side reform and its corresponding cost control theory,this paper adopts the single case longitudinal research method,taking Yitai Group Company Limited as the research object,on the basis of completing the task of "three go,one drop and one supplement",analyzes the path of the reform measures affecting the total cost control,and uses data to support the research.The research results show that: deleveraging can obtain financial support,integrate assets and optimize financing structure,and control financing and financial cost correspondingly;when capacity reducted,it can eliminate low capacity,capacity replacement and extend industrial chain,control raw material cost,and also control inventory at the source;under de-stocking,it can optimize inventory management and innovate sales mode to reduce existing inventory;it can reduce cost In this context,increase logistics lines,mainly reduce the logistics cost of sales;Improving underdeveloped areas through informatization,technological innovation and development of green products,control production costs and improve product quality."three go,one drop and one supplement" act on each cost link,finally combing out the influence path of supply-side reform on the enterprise’s total cost control mode,and constructing the theoretical framework of the enterprise’s total cost control mode in the context of supply-side reform,providing reference and suggestions for the entity enterprise to reduce costs and increase efficiency and enhance the enterprise’s competitiveness in order to achieve the long-term development goal,as well as for the enterprise’s supply side reform It provides a theoretical basis for the implementation of full cost control mode in the context of side structural reform.
