This paper analyzes the current situation of package of bobbin yarn at home and abroad.Textile enterprises still use a large number of labor force to package bobbin yarn.Complicated and single labor makes the labor loss rate of enterprises serious.Under the current economic background,it is difficult for enterprises to employ,and the problem of labor shortage is increasingly serious.Therefore,the domestic and foreign enterprises have launched the research on the automatic package technology of the bobbin yarn,but the domestic and foreign machines can not well meet the diversified production needs of the current enterprises,with single function,only one package form of the bobbin yarn automatic package can be carried out.In addition,workers need to intervene in many links,which can not achieve the goal of automatic packaging of bobbin yarn.At present,according to a set of automatic package equipment of bobbin yarn developed by Tianjin University of technology,the automatic package equipment of bobbin yarn is based on the principle of distributed control,which has five different functional modules.Among them,it can automatically weigh the bobbin yarn,automatically cover the small plastic bag for a single bobbin yarn,and select the suitable combined package of bobbin yarn from the spinning platform It can realize the counterweight,and automatically complete the sealing,binding and stacking of woven bags.The modules of each part can coordinate the work,and the equipment has good stability and reliability.The design of the equipment can meet the technical requirements of most textile enterprises on the market for the package of bobbin yarn.The modular design can make the enterprises choose the functions they need to use.However,the function of package equipment on the market is not perfect at present.According to the packaging technology demand of high-end package yarn,it is necessary to manually cover a layer of foam net cover on the outside of package yarn and then a layer of small plastic bag on the outside.Because there is no automatic foam net cover function,the following processes need to be completed manually.After the package is finished,it is necessary to write the identity information or label of the package manually on the surface of the woven bag,which is easy to cause mixed batch.In order to realize the function of covering the outer side of the bobbin yarn,a set of automatic control system for covering the foaming net cover is proposed.The control system is composed of mechanical structure design and software program design.The mechanical structure design uses Creo software to draw the mechanical 3D assembly drawing,and tests whether the mechanical structure design can achieve the expected purpose through software simulation.The software program is developed on keilc platform with C language,and the application layer is developed based on TCP / IP and RS485 communication protocol.The lower controller uses stc15w4k58s4 series single chip microcomputer to develop the control board.According to the debugging and operation of the factory,the automatic package system of the bobbin and the automatic package machine of the bobbin are well integrated,the online operation is normal,and the initial design goal is achieved.In order to achieve the function of spraying code on the outside of woven bag,a set of mobile automatic code spraying system is proposed.The design of the mobile mechanical parts of the system is based on the space size of the bobbin automatic packaging machine,and the mechanical structure size is designed with reasonable parameters.Stc15w4k58s4 single chip microcomputer is used as the lower computer,w25q16 chip is used as the memory chip of the character library,and 14 nozzles are used to form the printer.After the integration and debugging between the factory and the automatic package machine of bobbin yarn,the system can realize the automatic code spraying function on the outside of the woven bag.
