| Pervaporation(referred to as PV)is a new type of chemical operation unit in membrane separation technology.It mainly follows the mechanism of dissolution and diffusion,and completes the mass transfer process under the temperature field and vacuum conditions.Compared with other membrane separation technologies,it has many advantages such as energy saving and environmental protection,high separation efficiency,low cost,etc.It is widely used in environmental engineering,chemical industry and other fields.It is often used to separate organic / inorganic hybrid systems with different polarities.The effect of improving the performance of the membrane material on the separation of the system.But in theory,the effect of the electric field as a mass transfer driving force is more powerful(the driving force of the 1 / 40 V electric field is equivalent to the pressure driving force of 1200atm),Therefore,this subject combines the electric field with the traditional PV technology and replaces the temperature field with the electric field as the main mass transfer driving force for the membrane electroosmotic separation of the organic/inorganic hybrid system.Combining with previous research concepts,this research group independently designed a Membrane electroosmosis equipment hereinafter referred to as MEOE,and introduces the electric field by adding mesh titanium plates to both sides of the Membrane module.Compared with the needle electrode in the existing literature,it can reduce the voltage by orders of magnitude,and realize the separation of glutaraldehyde-pure water system and benzaldehyde-pure water system with different polarity by weakening the electric field.This topic selection has good separation performance,the advantages of high mechanical strength,stable chemical properties of polysulfone(PSF)as experiment with membrane,membrane were reviewed and the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,contact Angle,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),pore diameter and porosity,characterization and analysis of many aspects,such as pure water flux,and attempts to explore the existence of the electric field of polysulfone membrane structure and the influence of the electric field as a mass transfer driving force mechanism of separation material.The experimental and test results show that the electric field as the mass transfer driving force can effectively separate the glutaraldehyde-pure water system and benzaldehyde-pure water system,and the electric field is positively correlated with the flux.The polarization of polar molecules will be caused by the electric field.The polarity and dielectric constant will affect the effect of the electric field.The hydrophilicity of the polysulfone membrane is slightly reduced due to the presence of electric field,but it has little influence on the structure of the membrane in general. |
