Solid rocket engine in the process of development,finalize the design,production and submit both the need for ignition ground test.Ground ignition test is mainly used for evaluation and assess the rationality of the structural integrity of the engine,and engine reliability and suitability of each subsystem is used to assess the engine interior ballistic characteristics and measuring energy characteristics of the engine.Engine ground test test,therefore,it is very important and indispensable work link.Solid rocket motor in the test process of work a very short time,but also requires the sampling frequency of sampling equipment very fast,therefore,solid rocket motor thrust testing is an extremely complex work,accurate determination of solid rocket motor thrust,must choose the appropriate measurement,sampling test system with high accuracy.As soon as possible from the perspective of engineering application,the research and development of precision and reliable thrust test system,in order to correctly evaluate the performance of solid rocket motor,it is very urgent and necessary.First,this paper introduced the solid rocket motor thrust and thrust testing the significance of interior ballistic.This topic is for 122 mm rocket of solid rocket motor,the thrust characteristics as follows:thrust action time is very short,only for 2 seconds,thrust the most value of about 40 kN energetically.Value is bigger,because the time is short and force of thrust measurement system is very demanding.Secondly,based on this type of rocket engine thrust test requirements,design a set of horizontal thrust test system.To meet the requirements of the engine thrust test,the test system in the fixed frame,dynamic,flexible and sensor design.Assembled thrust test system precision,and simple operation,easy to use.This type of rocket thrust due to time is shorter,so the system installation requirements is extremely high,and because the missile ground test cost is higher,should ensure that every test results are reliable.For this reason,this paper designed a set of in-situ calibration system,but in the case of don't remove the sensor to the in situ calibration of test system,avoids repeated installation of sensor system error,at the same time simple easy to operate,in situ calibration before each test,to ensure that each test results are accurate and reliable.
