In modern life,people's requirements for the quality of drinking water supply,especially for the reliability of water supply system,are constantly improving.In addition,the state's instructions on the development of green energy saving industry and the realization of water-saving and consumption reduction make it necessary to use advanced automatic control and communication technology to design efficient,energy saving,stable and intelligent water supply system.Specifically,the last kilometer of water supply industry is closely related to people's livelihood,which is the constant pressure water supply business.The core of its work is mainly safe water supply and energy saving and consumption reduction.However,the traditional constant pressure water supply service has some problems,such as low automation and intelligent level of plant and station,lagging water supply service,poor energy saving effect,etc.In view of the contradiction between the improvement of water supply service requirements and the backward current situation of water supply,this paper studied the composition structure and operation principle of the constant pressure water supply system of a pressurized pumping station in Jinan.Taking a water supply station in the city as the research object,the equipment is selected by demand analysis and overall design,and DCS measurement and control technology is adopted in the system.The communication connection is realized through industrial Ethernet,and the constant pressure water supply is realized by controlling the water supply equipment such as the frequency converter driving motor and water pump with the on-site PLC equipment.Furthermore,it cooperates with all kinds of sensor equipment to collect field data to complete monitoring and management.The smart water platform network measurement and control constant pressure water supply system is also combined with the principle and technology of energy saving non negative pressure water supply system to realize energy saving and consumption reduction under the condition of safe water supply.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:The first is the requirement analysis and overall design of the system.Through the research and analysis of the development of urban water affairs at home and abroad,in view of the application background and existing problems of the system,combined with the reconstruction project of constant pressure water supply project of a pumping station in Jinan,according to the theory of variable frequency constant pressure water supply and the analysis of energy saving technology,this paper analyzed the requirements of control system and monitoring system under unattended requirements,and completed the selection and overall design of pumps,motors,frequency converters,sensors and other equipment.Besides,this part is different from the traditional district water supply mode,and uses the energy saving district non negative pressure water supply system technology to transform the water supply process to achieve energy saving.The second is fuzzy PID controller design.According to the demand analysis and overall design,it was clear that achieving high quality and constant pressure was an important goal of constant pressure water supply system.In the case of complex systems with non-linearity,many changes and long time delay,fuzzy PID control can achieve the goal of efficient and rapid regulation according to its characteristics.The fuzzy control system model was built for this constant pressure water supply system,and the simulation model was built by MATLAB.Through the domain and membership function design,fuzzy rule table design,the construction of fuzzy PID control system was completed,and the fuzzy PID simulation results were obtained.The third is the Control system configuration design.According to the present situation and system requirements of the pumping station,the S7-300 PLC was selected and the hardware configuration and programming were completed by using STEP7 programming software.Through the design of constant pressure water supply automatic program and water box program,the constant pressure water supply automatic operation,constant pressure operation,manual operation,liquid level control and operation mode switching program were completed,and the functions of system unit operation,liquid level control and data acquisition were realized.In addition,the industrial Ethernet was selected to connect PLC and WinCC to realize the communication,which made the control system complete the information collection and transmission and constant pressure water supply,and the automatic operation completely replaced the backward water supply management methods such as manual operation and maintenance.The fourth is the Configuration design of monitoring system.Based on WinCC V7.3 software as the configuration of the monitoring system,according to the realization of the functions of the monitoring system,the system was developed.Through the design of the human-computer interface of the constant pressure water supply system,it completes the display of the login page,the process monitoring of the pump station,the automatic parameters of the water platform,the message management,the data curve and the data recording interface of the water platform related operators.Moreover,according to the characteristics of wide distribution of stations in the water supply area and large amount of data of pressurized water supply,MySQL database is used to complete the establishment of water platform partition table,station table,flow history record table and other databases,and data docking with WinCC is completed.Andin the system,some intelligent functions such as predictive maintenance function and performance evaluation application are added to make the water supply business more intelligent and humanized.The fifth is test verification and operation analysis.This part aims at the problems of low automation level,old equipment failure and high energy consumption of the pump station before the transformation,and then completes the transformation of the pump station through the application of new equipment,new process and new system.After about four months of trail operation,the transformation effect is evaluated from the aspects of safe operation,intelligent application,etc.In this paper,finally,through the research of the constant pressure water supply system of the smart water platform network measurement and control,and through the application of a pump station system and energy saving technology in Jinan City,it not only realizes the high-quality constant pressure water supply,energy saving and consumption reduction,but also has important theoretical significance and engineering application value for the research of safe water supply,intelligent control and green energy saving application..
