Objective Observe the relationship between hemodynamic changes and brain damage in the rabbit dual focus on the degree of carotid stenosis animal model of different interventions when the bloodletting of animals reduced blood pressure by20%, to provide experimental basis for such clinical patients at perioperative management..Methods20Rabbit were randomly divided into three groups:control group (k group), the bloodletting buck group(H group), anesthetics step-down group(F group).K group(n=4), no treatment in the preparation of bilateral carotid stenosis model, H group(n=8), after model preparation, the bloodletting of animals reduced blood pressure by20%, maintain the10min recovery to the preoperative level, F group (n=8), after model preparation, animal blood pressure decreased by20%of the preoperative use of anesthetics (propofol), maintain the10min recovery to the preoperative level.Respectively before modeling and after,24hours and48hours after surgery Monitoring of neurological function score, take the animal brain tissue, measurement the contents of NSE, S-100B? using the immunohistochemical method. Results Neurological score before and after modeling, the three groups no significant (P>0.05)? Postoperative24h?48h, K group compared to group H and group F neurological function scores were significantly higher and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)? Group F higher than the H-group ratings and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05)?Compared with K group, brain tissue of NSE, S-100? expression increased in H and F group (P<0.05), Compared with F group, brain tissue of NSE, S-100B? expression increased in H group (P<0.05)Conclusion-Intraoperative blood pressure decreased by20%for both groups of animals produced brain tissue damage, and group H injury was more severe then group F.
