Clinical Observation Of Xiaopi Zhentong Ointment Combined With Morphine Sulfate Sustained-release Tablets In The Treatment Of Severe Pain Of Lung Cancer

Objective:The objective of this study was to observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy and the impact on the patient’s immune function when using Xiaopizhentonggao combined with MST for treating the lung cancer patients with the severe pain.At the same time,to seek an effective,safe,economical and assistant medication in treating the cancer pain,provide an effective and comprehensive treatment program for cancer pain.Methods:60 eligible patients,having the severe pain of lung cancer,were divided into the treatment group(30patients)and control group(30patients)in a randomized,single-blind,placebo,parallel controlled trial.All patients were received 7 days treatment,the treatment Group was treated with combination of Xiaopizhentonggao by external application with MST tablets,the control group was treated with combination of placebo by external application with MST tablets.And then observe the degree of pain relief,dose consumption of MST,immune function indicators(IgG,IgM,IgA),KPS,side effect and constipation with symptoms total scores of the two groups,and evaluate the curative effect.Results:①After therapy,NRS scores was lower than before treatment in the two group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01);While the NRS scores in the treatment group were significantly lower to that in the control group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01);Also the remission rate of the treatment group was 90%(27/30),which was higher than that of the control group 76.7%(23/30),and showed a significant difference(P<0.05).②The MST average daily consumption of treatment group was less more than control group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.05).③The index of immunity of two groups after treatment were improved than before,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01),but the immune indicators of treatment group are superior than the control group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01).④The Kamofsky scores of two groups after treatment were improved than before,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01),but the two groups of treatment Karnofsky score after the improvement was no significant difference(P>0.05).⑤The side effects of treatment group was significantly less than than control group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.05);The main side effects-accompanied symptoms of constipation of the total scores of treatment group are lower than the control group,and showed a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion:Xiaopizhentonggao combined with MST have a collaborative,attenuated,synergistic effect,can effectively reduce cancer pain,MST average daily consumption,and morphine-related adverse effects of patiens who suffer from cancer pain,and improved immune function and quality of life of patients,and is an effective and comprehensive treatment program for cancer pain.
