Data Mining Based On Syndromes Of Spleen And Stomach Deficiency And The Law Of Prescriptions And Medicines

Objective: The application of data mining technology in the treatment of syndrome differentiation of spleen and stomach deficiency and the prescription compatibility law of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine can provide a reference for the clinical treatment of deficiency syndrome of spleen and stomach.Methods: The "Dang Dai Ming Lao Zhong Yi Dian Xing Yi an Ji" was used as the source of information,and the medical records of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome were collected as the main syndromes.According to the inclusion criteria were screened with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome is the main syndrome of the medical records of a total of 206 copies,and then processing the disease,disease,syndrome,syndrome factors,drug prescriptions,standardized and structured,and the establishment of ontology library with ACCESS,then using Excel 2013 pivottable "frequency statistics",then useing the SQL Server 2012 maddin data mining program "correlation analysis",finally using spss21.0 decision tree analysis "and" cluster analysis "the analysis of specific cases,the screening of symptoms,western medicine,TCM,syndrome,syndrome,prescription of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome type differentiation rules,prescriptions and all kinds of rules Characteristics of syndrome type.Results:(1)items set frequency statistics:(1)symptoms: fatigue fatigue,darlingy food,abdominal pain,often loose stools,Shenpi,body weight loss,abdominal swelling of the liver swelling,pale complexion,dizziness,pain;(2)Tongue: tongue: thin white tongue,pale tongue,tongue greasy,white tongue;pulse: pulse fine,pulse string,pulse sink,slippery pulse;(3)syndrome: Spleen,stomach,liver,kidney,uterine,heart,less abdomen,large intestine,lung disease: Qi,qi stagnation,wet,blood stasis,blood deficiency,yang,sputum,Yin;(4)drug frequency statistics: is Atractylodes,Poria,Codonopsis,Shaoxi,peony,dried tangerine peel,angelica,Pinellia,Divine Comedy,yam,Bupleurum,Amomum villosum,Citrus aurantium,ginger,Magnolia,heterophylla.(2)Correlation analysis results:(1)the correlation of symptoms analysis to extract the core symptoms of epigastric pain,fatigue,long-term eating less,body weight loss,anorexia anorexia;(2)drug association analysis to extract the core drug group for Codonopsis,Poria,Atractylodes,licorice.Phlegm medicine on dried tangerine peel and Pinellia,spleen medicine on Poria and Atractylodes,spleen and digestion of the drug on the Divine Comedy and Atractylodes;(3)The association of drugs and symptoms often extract loose stools and fatigue with strong correlation,chest tightness and Huangqi Fuling,abdominal pain and peony and sweet herbs,often loose stools and lassitude and fuling;(4)Correlation analysis of syndrome elements to extract the relationship between blood stasis,dampness,Qi deficiency and qi stagnation,and the relationship between dampness,qi stagnation,deficiency of Yang and Qi deficiency.(3)Decision tree syndrome model results: Evidence model of spleen and stomach qi deficiency prediction value of 83.8% and wet stagnation of the spleen and stomach card predicted value of 71.4%,the establishment of the model is accurate.(4)Clustering analysis of syndrome differentiation: 3 cases of spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndromes were obtained by cluster analysis of syndrome differentiation,3 cases of spleen and stomach deficiency and 3 cases of heart and stomach,Yin deficiency card core drug group 4,spleen and stomach Yang virtual core drug group 3.Through the analysis found that five types of syndromes have all the qi medicine,the rest for the blood,qi,Shugan,digestion,Yin use more.And found some medicine group such as yam and Anemarrhena,Astragalus and Codonopsis and so on.For the clinical prescription medication to provide new ideas and methods.Conclusion: This study uses data mining technology to the old Chinese medicine treatment of spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome cases systematically and objectively analyzed the mining results to the weakness of the spleen and stomach syndrome differentiation,prescription and drug law system are summarized,and provide objective basis for clinical medicine,the academic thoughts of contemporary old Chinese medicine the clinical experience and to better inherit and carry forward.
