reflects the social capital held by medical institutions after the initial run,in the process of operation,resulting in the total outflow opening and initial investment,asset cost and revenue and total inflow.To carry out investigation and Research on the cost of medical treatment in Hunan province is conducive to the scientific definition of the accounting index of social medical expenses,And to promote the formation of a mature social accounting system,It is of great significance to regulate the total cost accounting,to improve the accuracy of the calculation of the total health expenditure in Hunan Province,to optimize the structure of health financing and to guide the healthy development of the society.According to the different areas of Hunan province’s economic development level,select6 representative citys to do social sample questionnaire survey,and do a comprehensive analysis of the survey data and information.First,the rapid growth of the scale of social medical institutions in Hunan ProvinceThe initial investment scale of individual clinics in Hunan Increased from 0.37 million yuan to 0.83 million yuan,an average increase of 17.48%;Private hospital initial investment scale increased from 10.14 million yuan to 25.23 million yuan,an average increase of19.99%.The total assets of private hospitals increased from 13.23 million to 19.42 million,an average increase of 5.70%;total assets of individual clinics increased from 0.24 million yuan to 0.69 million yuan,an average increase of 23.09%.Second,the social service efficiency has improvedEmergency department in Hunan province of social medical institutions increase 15.38%;the average number of hospital bed occupancy rate increase 1%;the average increase 1.31%;the average hospitalization days the average annual reduce 4.34%;out-patient costs anaverage increase 2.19%;average hospitalization cost average increase 7.03%.Third,the cost of social medical expenses grew hospitals increased from 10.36 million yuan to 21.79 million yuan,an average increase of 16.03%.The result of the investigation is much larger than that the original Hunan provincial medical expenses
