With the efforts to deepen the national health system reform and transformation of medical model,medical treatment is not only for removing physical pain by applying drugs or surgeries,it also includes the content of relievingmental illnessand build trust connection between patients and doctors.As patient satisfaction has been followed closely,it has been endowed with unprecedented heights.With the release of a series of policies ranging from “miyoshiYiManYi”,namelygood service,good quality,good medical ethicsand public satisfactionby the Chinese state ministry of health(MOH)in 2011 to "further improve the medical service action plan" by national health and family planning commission in 2015,The urgency,significanceandchronicity of improvingmedical service qualityand patient satisfaction wereemphasized again.Under the impetus of the policy,medical institutions gradually step into one diversified era with the engagement of privatehospital and foreign hospitals,which will bring certain effectsto public hospitals.Tokeep and earnthe market share in medical service market,hospitals must meet the needs of patients.Therefore,patient satisfaction management for modern hospital management is a key factor of great importance.The study explored the status of the outpatients satisfaction in China by literature review and collected the risk factors of patient satisfaction;The collected literature were classified,refined,andprovidedreference for this study.In district F of A city,designed questionnaires were delivered twiceto hospital outpatients.Risk factors of outpatients satisfaction on medical service qualitywas analyzed by SPSS,andrelationship between medical service quality was explored by patients satisfaction concept and total quality management theory.Patient satisfaction of medical service quality evaluation were further organized to analyze the problems of medical services,using the theory of total quality management in the PDCA management.The relevant improvement strategy was raised to improve the quality of outpatient medical services for medical institutions.
