Purpose This paper aims to systematically evaluate the safety and effectiveness of the concept of Enhanced recovery after surgery of precise hepatectomy. Methods 220 patients with hepatectomy were divided into the accelerated rehabilitation surgery group(group ERAS,n=1 10)and the control group(group C,n=110).Compared with the C group, the hospitalization time of the ERAS group was shorter(t=-2.563,p=0.011),the hospitalization cost was lower(t=-2.027,P=0.044),and compared with the C group, the overall complication rate was low(P=0.03).But there is no significant difference in the length of operation, intraoperative bleeding, blood transfusion, and postoperative serological examination. Conclusion It is safe and effective to apply the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery to the perioperative period of precision hepatectomy. It can reduce the hospitalization time and hospital expenses after the operation, and reduce the postoperative complications.
