Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jiangtang Yishen Pills on the patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin in early type 2 diabetic nephropathy,to further explore the advantages of Jiangtang Yishen Pill, and to provide a more effective treatment for the early intervention of disease and delaying the occurrence of complications. Methods:According to the principle of randomness,The 60 patients with early diabetic nephropathy with deficiency of qi and yin deficiency were included in the criteria of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The patients in both groups were given basic treatment and appropriate dose of insulin therapy(Novolin 30 R breakfast And 15 minutes before dinner subcutaneous injection),the treatment group on the basis of the use of Jiang Tang Yi shen pills(once 10 g,Take after three meals).Set 28 days for a course of treatment,a total observation period of 3 courses. The changes of clinical symptoms, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, incidence of hypoglycemia, urinary albumin excretion rate, serum cystatin C,urinary β2-microglobulin,blood lipid and other biochemical indexes were observed before and after treatment and between the two groups.Analyze their differences. Results:Before entering the clinical observation, through comparison of basic data such as age, gender, and disease course between the two groups, statistical tests showed that the general data were not statistically significant(P>0.05)and were comparable.1.After treatment, fasting and two-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin levels in the two groups were compared with those before treatment: after treatment, glycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, and two-hour postprandial blood glucose were significantly reduced in both groups.Statistical significance(P<0.01);The effect of reducing blood glucose in the treatment group was better than that in the control group after treatment(P<0.01).2.Comparison of blood lipids between the two groups after treatment showed that plasma total cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly lower in the two groups(P<0.01),and the improvement effect of the two groups in the treatment group was significantly better than the two groups.Control group(P<0.01).3.The treatment of urinary albumin excretion, blood cystatin C,and urinary β 2 microglobulin were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment(P<0.01),and the treatment group was significantly improved in the above indicators.Better than the control group.4.The scores of TCM symptom scores of both groups decreased after treatment. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.01),and the comparison between groups showed that the treatment components decreased significantly(P <0.01).5.Compared with the number of hypoglycemic events in the two groups during treatment, the incidence of hypoglycemic events in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).6.Except occasional hypoglycemic events, there was no obvious abnormality in the safety indicators of the two groups before and after treatment, and no obvious adverse reactions and harmful events occurred. Conclusion:Jiang Tang Yi Shen pills treatment can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with early diabetic nephropathy Qi and Yin Deficiency Syndrome, but also more effective regulation of blood glucose, blood lipids, but also reduce urinary albumin and serum cystatin C,serum β2 microglobulin,Protection of renal function, delay the further deterioration of renal function and other complications, and no significant adverse reactions and adverse effects in the clinical observation process,it is worth to a wide range of clinical units to further promote.
