Objective:To observe the comprehensive curative effect of Huoxue Tongluo soup on chronic lumbago muscle strain of blood stasis type by ion directional introduction,to explore effective treatment scheme, and to provide theoretical guidance for clinical treatment of lumbago muscle strain. Methods:According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion,90 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain with blood stasis were selected from Department of Orthopedics and Trauma of the first affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese Medicine. All cases were randomly divided into treatment group, control group 1,control group 2,each group 30 cases. The treatment group was treated by ion directed introduction of Huoxue Tongluo soup, the control group 1 was treated by ion directed introduction of Huoxue an Tong Liquor, and the control group was treated with physiological saline by ion directional introduction. All patients were treated with 1/d,1/30 min,5times is a course of treatment and 2courses of treatment.Vas score, symptom score, physical sign score and comprehensive curative effect were recorded before and after treatment. The data were collected and analyzed by SPSS17.0 software. Results:The general data(sex, age, course of disease)of the three groups were statistically analyzed, there was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),before treatment, the vas score, symptom score, sign score, symptom and sign score and symptom and sign score of the three groups were statistically analyzed. There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05),so the three groups were comparable. After completing the course of treatment, the subjective pain score, symptom score and sign score of the three groups were compared before and after the treatment group. In control group1,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),but the differences in control group 2 were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05)in reducing symptoms and improving the lumbar functional activities(symptom score, sign score and symptom and sign score),while in the treatment group and the control group, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.01)and significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.01).In the comprehensive curative effect, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.01),the difference between the two groups was significant. There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05),the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.01),there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.01).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Huoxue Tongluo soup on chronic lumbago muscle strain caused by blood stasis is remarkable by ion directional introduction. It can make up for the deficiency of traditional treatment method by modern medical instrument, and give full play to the advantages of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment, and this therapy is safe and convenient. The side effect is small, worth popularizing clinically.
