A Study Of Ancient Literature On The Rules Of Medication For Infantile Sweat Syndrome

Objective:This study used data mining techniques to analyze the medication rules of treating sweat syndrome in ancient Chinese literature and provide reference for clinical medicine in modern Chinese medicine pediatrics.Methods:A total of 18 related ancient medical books were collected and organized in this study.A total of 144 prescriptions related to children’s sweat syndromes were collected and involving 168 Chinese herbal medicines.Data mining methods using data analysis,cluster analysis,and association rules were used to use Excel.2007 software,SPSS 24.0 statistical software and TCM Inheritance Support System for data mining analysis of 144 prescription drugs.Results:1.Through analysis,it was found that the drugs with the highest frequency of 22 flavors used in children’s Khan Syndrome were Zhigancao(63 times),Ginseng(46 times),Huangqi(43 times),Atractylodes(35 times),calcined oysters(34 times).),wolfberry(30 times),Chinese angelica(22 times),peony(22 times),ginger(22 times),cassia twig(21 times),ephedra root(20 times),jujube(18 times),windbreak(17 times),Ophiopogon japonicus(14 times),Bupleurum(13 times),Coptis(13 times),Huangqi(13 times),Citrus(10 times),Chuanxiong(10 times),Pinellia(10 times),habitat Yellow(10 times),Rehmannia(10 times).Among them,the higher rates of drugs were spleen(35),stomach(34),lung(30),liver(21),and heart(21).2.The following 4 groups of drugs can be obtained by systematic cluster analysis of the top 22 high-frequency drugs:C1:Rehmanniae,Rehmannia glutinosa,Citrus,Chuanxiong,Pinellia,Coptis,Radix Scutellariae,Bupleurum,Ophiopogon;C2:Large Jujube,windproof,peony,ginger,angelica,cassia twig,and ephedra root;C3:ginseng,astragalus,atractylodes,calcined oysters,alfalfa;C4:licorice;3,The drug association rule analysis shows that the commonly used drug pairs used by ancient physicians to treat children’s sweat syndromes are:Angelica->Huangxi,Poria->Ginseng,Chinese Angelica->Ginseng,and Ephedra Root->Changsha Oyster,Jujube->Ginseng;commonly used drugs The combination is ginseng,fuling->licorice root,ginseng,Atractylodes->Zhigancao,ginger,Astragalus->Zhigancao,Atractylodes,Poria->Zhigancao,Atractylodes,Poria->Ginseng,Ginseng,Atractylodes,Poria->Zhigancao.Conclusions:When ancient physicians treated children with sweat syndrome:1.The main drug is Ganwen drug,and the drug efficacy is based on tonic drugs,antiemetic drugs,and heat-clearing drugs.The use of spleen,stomach,lungs,heart,and liver was most frequently used for drug conversion.2.Commonly used for the addition and subtraction of Yupingfengsan,Guizhi Decoction,Angelica Liuhuang Decoction treatment.3.The common drug pairs are Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica sinensis,calcined oysters,and Ephedra root.The common combinations are ginseng,alfalfa,atractylodes macrocephala,and licorice root.
