Research On The Intervention Effect Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physique Nursing On Patients With Phlegm-dampness Ischemic Stroke In The Acute Stage

Objective:To explore the effect of physique identification and nursing for patients with acute phase of phlegm dampness ischemic stroke.Method:Select 60 cases between January 2017 and February 2017,3A hospital in changsha,hunan of ischemic stroke in patients with acute stage,at the same time by the researchers used wang,etc.Chinese medicine constitution classification and determine the questionnaire survey,confirmed by the constitution identification for the patients with phlegm wet qualitative study,60 cases of subjects,according to the principle of random divided into control group and observation group,control group given ischemic stroke acute phase routine nursing care,observation group on the basis of conventional nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine health care intervention cycle for a month,in the intervention of two groups of patients before and after physical grade metabolic index blood fat and blood pressure were compared In daily life ability scale before and after intervention using index(BI)and assess the quality of life scale,collect data,and USES the SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis and data processing,compared with X2 t test,test results will be subject to the P value,0.05 for the boundary value,below the world to have statistical significance.Result:1.Before intervention,the two groups were compared with the scores of bloods pressure,blood pressure,daily living capacity scale(BI index)and quality of life,and there was no statistical significance.2,After intervention,the blood lipid and blood pressure,daily living ability scale(BI index)and quality of life score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the total effective rate was also higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3,After the intervention,the phlegm and hygroscopicity score of the observation group decreased in the classification of physical constitution identification,and there was a tendency to improve the partial constitution.Conclusion:Applying TCM Constitution nursing to the nursing of acute stroke patients caneffectively reduce the blood pressure and blood lipids and improve the daily life ability of patients,so as to improve their quality of life and reduce their psychological burden.
