A Private Hospital Service Management System Evaluation And Optimization Research

On April 26,2015,the State Council issued the“Summary of the 2014 Work in the Deepening of the Medical and Health System Reform and the Tasks of the 2015 Key Tasks."It was clearly stated that the vigorous development of social medical services was listed as one of the seven major priorities of the 2015 medical reforms.Under the promotion of a round of medical reforms,the number of private medical institutions in China has developed in a spurt manner,and private hospitals have entered the fast-track of development.At the same time,many private hospitals have entered the medical market,which also caused problems such as imperfect services and chaotic management.The development of private hospitals has benefited from the support of national policies and at the same time it has to meet the people’s demand for medical services.With the adoption of the State Council’s institutional reforms at the 13th National People’s Congress on March 17,2018,the National Health and Family Planning Commission was abolished,and the National Health and Sanitation Committee was established.Our country must transform its "centered on treatment" by "the people"."Health is the center," which not only guarantees the healthy survival of the broad masses of people but also is a major test of the quality of medical services and services.This article takes A private hospital as the main research object,and evaluates and optimizes the medical service as the research content.First of all,through the collection and reading of related literature,the related theories of medical service quality and medical service quality evaluation are studied and analyzed.The study of this paper lays a theoretical foundation.Through the understanding of the actual situation of A private hospitals,according to the SERVQUAL model,the dimensions and indicators of the medical service quality evaluation model of A private hospitals were initially determined,and the scales were revised to determine specific evaluation indexes and weights.Finally,A private hospitals were developed and designed.The quality of service evaluation scale was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on A private hospitals.Through the statistics and analysis of the questionnaire survey data,it finds out the insufficiency of service quality in A private hospitals,analyzes the internal causes of the problems,and puts forward the service quality improvement strategies and suggestions that should be considered.The research results of this paper mainly provide a strong reference value for the evaluation of the quality of medical services in private hospitals,which in turn can strengthen the management of hospitals,promote the development of hospitals and improve the service quality of hospitals,and target hospitals management.
