| Objective:To access the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of cysticercosis through analysis of the cases in Dali,Yunnan province from the year 2000 to 2014,to predicte the distribution of disease,then combining with the data of 2017 present cases to master the characteristics of the disease.Methods:The objects were selected from the cases of cysticercosis registered in Dali schistosomiasis control institute from 2000-2014 according to the diagnosis standards of cysticercosis(WS38102012),and the demographic characteristics of cases was described by the number of cysticercosis in different counties and towns each year,the proportion of men and women,the incidence of cysticercosis in all age groups,nationalities,occupations and so on.The names of counties and towns in Dali prefecture were extracted according to the statistical division code and the code of urban and rural division in 2016 from the National Bureau of statistics and were used as related fields.The hospitalization rates of counties(cities),villages and towns were matched with the digital map of Dali prefecture to establish the geographic information database of cysticercosis in Dali.Then the database was used to map the annual distribution of the inpatient cases of cysticercosis and its’ spatio-temporal aggregation to describe the hospitalization of cysticercosis and the aggregated area of cysticercosis in Dali in the year of 2000-2014.The disease distribution was predicted by IDW interpolation method.Meanwhile,the basic situation of the cases(name,gender,age,ethnic,occupation,marital status,education level,present address,number of treatment,symptoms,past medical history,medical imaging)and possible influencing factors were collected in prevalent case,in order to analysis the constituent ratio.Results:The total number of patients with cysticercosis was 7525 from 2000 to 2014,of which 3347 cases were first cases,3201 was neurocysticercosis(95.64%,3201/3347).The spatio-temporal aggregation analysis of the Poisson distribution model based on SaTScan analysis shows that the aggregation area is still centered on Fengyi Town in the year of 2000-2006,with a radius of 8.64 kilometers,involving 2 towns of Fengyi and Xiaguan towns.The observation value of the cases is 404,the expected value 84(RR=5.34,P<0.01),and the aggregation area in the year of 2005-2011 includes only the Yousuo town,LLR=116.53,RR=5.96,P<0.01;The third gathering time is in the year of 2002-2008,and was centered by the Taiping township,with the radius of 15.63 kilometers,and 4 towns were included,LLR=16.060,RR=2.24,P<0.01.The hot spot analysis demonstrated that,the hot spots in the year of 2000-2007 were mainly concentrated in Dali,Eryuan and Yangbi counties,and then gradually moved northward to Shaxi Town,Diannan town and Jinhua Township of Jianchuan County,as well as some towns in Heqing County,such as SongguiTown and Xiyi Town,etc.,and the hot spots also moved westward to Guan Ping Township,Baishi Town,Jiancao Township and Changxin township of Yunlong County.Hot map shows that Eryuan County has always been in hot spots.In the study of the characteristic of cysticercosis,the factors such as using same chopping board for raw and cooked food,eating raw meat,ingestion of unclean and raw vegetables,defecate anywhere,raising domestic pigs,and connect the piggery with the toilet has account for most in the present cases.Conclusion:There were 4 aggregation area of cysticercosis in Dali in the year of 2000-2014.In addition to environmental factors,the unhealthy living and production ways of local residents also increased the chance of getting cysticercosis.The prevention and control of cysticercosis is the social system engineering,need for disease control,medical,food safety,animal inspection and quarantine,environmental protection and education institutions such as cross-sectoral,interdisciplinary participation,in order to achieve the purpose of reducing disease. |
