Objective To design an ultraviolet water disinfection lamp that is safe and easy to use,to detect killing effect of different power UV water disinfecting lamps on the bacteria in the water sample,the effect of different water conditions in the test on the sterilization effect of the ultraviolet water disinfecting lamp,and the light rejuvenation of the bacteria in the water sample after ultraviolet disinfection.Methods E.coli containing water samples for the study,To study the effect of sterilizing and bactericidal effects of stress testing.Research UV water disinfection lamp power,irradiation time,the thickness of the water layer,water color,temperature,p H and the effect of ultraviolet light to kill E.coli.Results When the power of the ultraviolet water disinfection lamp is 15 W and the thickness of the water layer is 1.5cm,the irradiation time for the killing rate of E.coli reaches 100% is 3s.When the power of the ultraviolet water disinfection lamp is 15 W,the thickness of the water layer is 3.0cm for the large intestine,the irradiation time for the killing rate of the bacillus reached 100% is 4 s.When the irradiation time for the killing of the E.coli when the ultraviolet ray water disinfecting lamp power is 40 W and the thickness of the water layer is 3.0 cm,the killing rate of the bacillus reached 100% is s 3.With the increase of irradiation time of ultraviolet water rate of E.coli is 100% in 3s when the power of the ultraviolet water disinfecting lamp is 15 W,the thickness of the water layer is 1.5 cm,the power of the ultraviolet water disinfecting lamp is 40 W,and the thickness of the water layer is 3.0 cm.UV water disinfection When the lamp power is 15 W and the water layer thickness is 3.0cm,the kill rate reaches 100% within 4s.Therefore,the new UV water disinfecting lamp can be applied under the temperature range of 5°C-30°C,chroma less than 15,and p H value range of 6.5-8.5.Among the factors influencing the bactericidal effect of ultraviolet water disinfecting lamps,the change of p H has little effect on the killing rate of E.coli;with the increase of color,the killing rate of E.coli decreases;As the temperature rises,the killing rate of E.coli increases.After the UV-sterilized water sample is directly exposed to light,there will be obvious light resurrection phenomenon,but the water sample preserved in the dark can greatly control the occurrence of photoreactivation.Conclusion The new ultraviolet water disinfecting lamp has a radiation time of 3s when the power of 15 W water layer thickness is 1.5cm and the power is 40 W water layer thickness is 3.0cm,and the killing rate of E.coli is 100%,and the power 15 W water layer thickness is 3.0cm to make the large intestine The irradiation time for the bacillus killing rate of 100% is 4s.The irradiation time of the ultraviolet water disinfection lamp,the thickness of the water layer,the color of the water sample,and the temperature all affect the bactericidal effect of the ultraviolet water sterilizing lamp,but they can be extended.The time of sterilization is such that the killing rate of Escherichia coli reaches 100%,and the water sample after disinfection should be stored as far as possible to avoid light resurrection.
