Objective:in recent years, with the growth of national economy, more and more people are looking at physical health.Exercise and sports have become a part of many people's daily life. But soon after this phenomenon, people knew little about sports and lacked professional knowledge and guidance,so they often suffered from sports injuries and fatigue symptoms due to improper sports. When injuries occur, people may suspend exercise for medical treatment, but more people do not choose medical treatment when only fatigue symptoms appear. But fatigue is a cumulative effect, when fatigue can not be completely relieved, the accumulation of long-term fatigue causes the occurrence of sports fatigue. To a certain extent, these bad consequences have compromised the enthusiasm of the people. As a traditional therapy, massage can effectively eliminate fatigue. It is widely used in clinical practice, but the mechanism for alleviating motor fatigue is not clear. To explore the effect of massage on the hypothalamus pituitary-gonadal axis of exercise-induced fatigue.Through a randomized controlled trial, the following hypothalamus pituitary gonad axis was taken as the breakthrough point to clarify the effect of Tuina on testosterone level and related hormones in exercise-induced fatigue rats, and to explore the regulation mechanism of Tuina on dysfunction of gonadal axis after exercise fatigue injury.Methods:60 healthy male Wistar rats of 10 weeks old were trained for 3 days by adaptive feeding and treadmill training. After that,30 rats were excluded from the exercise. The remaining 30 were divided into 10 normal group and 20 model group according to the random number table method. The rat of model group was built according to the prescribed training plan for 21 days. The 1ml serum was taken in the twenty-fifth days from every rat of two group and it will be used for detection of lactate urea nitrogen and creatine kinase. The model was randomly divided into 2 groups:10 is the rest group and the other is the massage group. The massage group was treated with massage for 14 days, and the blank group and model group were fed regularly. The blood testosterone, gonadotropin releasing hormone, luteinizing hormone and follicle stimulating hormone were detected at fortieth days.Results:(1)after the model, the content of serum Bun was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.01),and the serum CK content was significantly decreased(P<0.01),and the serum Lac content was significantly increased(P<0.01).(2)after treatment, the content of serum T in the rest group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.01),and the content of serum T in the massage group was higher than that in the rest group(P<0.05).There was no difference between blank group and massage group(P>0.05).(3)after treatment, the content of serum FSH in the rest group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.01),and there was no difference in serum FSH content between the massage group and the rest group(P>0.05).Compared with the blank group, the serum FSH content of the massage group was lower(P<0.05).(4)after treatment, the serum LH content in the rest group was lower than that in the blank group(P<0.05),and there was no difference in the serum LH between the massage group and the rest group and the blank group.(P>0.05).(5)the content of serum GnRH in the rest group was significantly lower than that in the blank group(P<0.01),and the serum GnRH content in the massage group was significantly higher than that in the rest group(P<0.01),and there was no difference in serum GnRH between the massage group and the blank group(P>0.05).Conclusion:exercise-induced fatigue can lead to dysfunction of HPG axis and the occurrence of low testosterone in rats.Massage relieves the hypothalamus and inhibition of the function of the hypothalamus and testicles, improves the HPG axis function caused by exercise fatigue, and improves serum testosterone and GnRH levels in exercise-induced fatigue rats.
