According to the "2018 Global Cancer Statistics" published by the American Association of Cancer Authors,China’s cancer morbidity and mortality rank first in the world.China’s Fujian,Guangdong and Guangxi are high-risk areas of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Because the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal cancer is complex and diverse,and the level of early screening and diagnosis technology is low,nasopharyngeal cancer is generally found in the middle and late stage,but also prone to relapse after treatment.Therefore,screening and follow-up of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is particularly important.In the traditional nasopharyngeal cancer screening and follow-up work,a large amount of data information,such as basic information of the screening object,informed consent,questionnaires,screening medical records,nasopharyngoscopy images,follow-up process files,etc.,are generated.The work is cumbersome and complicated,and the statistics are difficult.In order to ensure the integrity and consistency of data information during screening and follow-up,reduce the workload of staff and improve work efficiency,this paper designs and implements a nasopharyngeal cancer screening and follow-up information management system for screening and follow-up.The work provides a more standardized and systematic management platform to ensure efficient and orderly screening and follow-up of nasopharyngeal cancer,achieving the goals of early detection,early diagnosis and early treatment.According to the field research and needs analysis of the Cancer Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University(Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center),in order to realize the networked comprehensive management of nasopharyngeal cancer screening and follow-up work information,the prevention and control center will be implemented for its subordinate units(screening points).The management and statistics of the screening work ensure the overall orderly development of the screening and follow-up business.The system designs and implements user-level security management,role authority management,project parameter dynamic management,screening task management,and screening process management.Users use learning management and stand-alone information collection,data visualization,and multi-terminal support.It is worth mentioning that the function of pathological examination of the screening object is automatically designed and realized,and the treatment or follow-up queue is automatically generated and the system reminds function.Nasopharyngeal cancer screening and follow-up information management system adopts LNMP(Linux+Nginx+MariaDB+PHP)open source combination technology.In order to improve the efficiency of system development under the premise of ensuring system security,the domestic popular ThinkPHP system is selected for research and development.At the same time,HTML5,CSS3,Bootstrap and other front-end technologies are also used to realize the responsive layout of the system and better support for multi-terminal.The asynchronous communication technology(Ajax and jQuery)is used in the development process to ensure efficient loading of system pages and improve user friendliness.In terms of system deployment,the whole system is deployed on ali cloud platform,and load balancing method is adopted to ensure the overall performance and stability of the system.In the process of system implementation,I participated in the field research and demand analysis as the leading personnel,completed the functional design,core code implementation,testing and deployment,and tracked the operation and maintenance of the system.After the system was put into operation,there have been nearly a hundred users,and the number of daily screenings reached up to 10,000,which greatly improved the efficiency of screening and follow-up work,and effectively ensured the efficient progress of nasopharyngeal cancer screening and follow-up work,and achieved the established research and development goals.
