| Objective:to observe the effect of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation on ischemic stroke constitution and recurrenceMethods:before and after comparison research method,according to the clinical treatment of stroke research of new drug of TCM technical guiding principles and published in 2009 of China association of Chinese medicine of traditional Chinese medicine constitution classification and decision standard,conform to the discharge standard of 275 cases of patients(control group 92 cases,observation group 183 cases)for 1 year(site collection point:baseline,at the weekend,48,recurrence of 12;Telephone collection time poin ts:follow-up at weekend 8,weekend 16,weekend 20,weekend 28,weekend 32,weekend 36,weekend 40,weekend 44,weekend 48).Baseline collection related to stroke risk factors:age,gender,BMI,family history,and at the time of the on-site follow-up of its constitution,syndromes,HIHSS,mRS score,BI score,physical and chemical inspection,evaluation,and the two groups of patients into groups and 12 weekends when comparing the relevant indicators,in order to observe that stilbene dragon capsule on ischemic stroke patients constitution,recurrence of symptoms,prognosis related factors,and related risk factors for recurrence(saccharification,blood lipid,homocysteine,and clotting)etc,record data,using SPSS20.0 software for analysis.Results:1,Based on 92 cases of control group patients and 183 patients in treatment group were analyzed,and the group the related risk factors for stroke recurrence between the two groups:age,gender,BMI,family history,physical and chemical indicators(low density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c),glycosylated hemoglobin,homocysteine,total cholesterol,triglycerides)there was no significant difference,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05)2.There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups,and the chi-square test showed no statistical difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P>0.05).3.Based on the physical evaluation of the subjects when they were enrolled into the group,it was found that the patients in the two groups were mainly blood stasis,phlegm-dampness,qi deficiency and Yin deficiency.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in physical classification between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(P<0.05).4.Based on this project in the two groups before and after treatment in patients with prognostic factors(mRS,BI,NHISS)before and after the contrast analysis,access to group there was no significant difference between the two groups,and has no statistical significance(P>0.0.5),index of two groups after treatment were compared with the previous better,but the treatment group compared with the previous improvement more evident,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Based on this project to evaluate symptoms of two groups of patients before and after treatment,found no significant difference before and after the two groups of patients with symptoms in the treatment,and no statistical difference(P>0.05),but it can be found that the main symptoms in both groups the wind resistance of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,Yin deficiency pneumatic,shows that the three kinds of symptoms closely associated with ischemic stroke and possible risk factors for it.Conclusion:1.The therapy of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation has no significant effect on the recurrence rate of ischemic stroke patients2.Invigorating qi and activating blood circulation can intervene the qi deficiency in patients with ischemic stroke3.The method of invigorating qi and activating blood circulation can effectively improve the prognostic factors of patients with stroke,such as neurological function defect score and life ability score... |
