Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Liu’s infantile Tuina combined with Ma-xingshigan decoction in the treatment of children’s wind-heat cough,so as to confirm and clarify the advantages of Liu’s infantile Tuina combined with Maxingshigan decoction in the treatment of children’s wind-heat cough,and to play its due role in the promotion of infantile Tuina.Methods: 90 children who met the inclusion criteria were divided into massage group,TCM group and TCM combined Tuina group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The Tuina group was treated with Liu’s manipulation of infantile Tuina,the TCM group was treated with Ma-xingshigan decoction as the basic prescription,and the Tuina group was treated with Liu’s manipulation of infantile Tuina and Ma-xingshigan decoction.Tuina once a day,Chinese medicine twice a day,5 days for a course of treatment,a total of 1 course of treatment,1 course of treatment 3 days after the end of re-examination.In TCM symptoms(cough,sputum,then the sound,fever,swelling pain pharynx,stream turbidity stuff)to improve the situation as the main curative effect,respectively before and after treatment and make records of TCM symptoms score after checking,after the treatment of three groups before and after treatment in children with symptoms of TCM on the improvement of their total integral comparison,comprehensive evaluation of three groups effectively.To evaluate the safety of Ma-xingshigan decoction and decoction by analyzing the adverse reactions of the children in the study.Any adverse events that occur during clinical trials should be documented.Results:1.Total score of TCM symptomsComparison between the three groups before and after self-treatment: the total score of TCM symptoms of the three groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the total score of TCM syndromes among the three groups after treatment: there were statistically significant differences between the combined group,the Tuina group and the TCM group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the Tuina group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.Comparison of the total score of TCM symptoms among the three groups afterreview: there were statistically significant differences between the combined group,the Tuina group and the TCM group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the Tuina group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.2.Clinical efficacyAfter treatment: the effective rate of the three groups was 96% in the combination group,79% in the Tuina group,and 71% in the traditional Chinese medicine group.Among them,there were statistically significant differences between the combined group,the Tuina group and the traditional Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the Tuina group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.After review,the clinical efficacy of the three groups: the effective rate of the combined group was 96%,the effective rate of the Tuina group was 90%,and the effective rate of the Chinese medicine group was 90%.There was no statistically significant difference among the three groups.3.No adverse reactions occurred during the study,and the safety was assessed as level 1.Conclusion:1.Liu’s infantile Tuina combined with Ma-xingshigan decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of TCM in children with wind-heat cough.Compared with the Tuina group and the TCM group,the clinical treatment effect is significant.2.Liu’s infantile Tuina combined with Ma-xingshigan decoction is a safe and effective method for treating children’s wind-heat cough,which reflects the characteristics of combining internal treatment with external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and avoids the toxic and side effects of western medicine.
