Based On The Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary System, The Four Schools Of Yishui School's Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Headache

PurposesThis study through the Zhang Yuansu(with Zhang Bi),Li Dongyu,Wang Haogu,Luo Tianyi four Yishui school to save the world of books,comprehensive selection of books to deal with headaches related theories and prescriptions for research,collation,mining.Using the Chinese Medicine Heritage Support System,the four Yishui Schools were completely enrolled in the treatment of headache,and the analysis was conducted from the aspects of drug frequency,four gas,five flavors,returning to the right,drug pair,prescription law and new party composition.The basic theory and clinical medication rules of the four schools of Yishui School in order to provide better methods and ideas for clinical treatment of headache in modern Chinese medicine.Method:After the four books of the Yishui School were sorted out,the traditional Chinese medicines and prescriptions related to headache treatment were comprehensively collected,and the data of four prescriptions for treating headaches were established.By inputting data into the"Traditional Chinese Medicine Support System v2.5",using software association rules analysis,improved mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering and other data statistics,analysis,mining methods,The water school has four clinical treatment rules for the treatment of headache,analysis,sorting and excavation from the aspects of drug frequency,four gas,five flavors,common drug pairs,compatibility rules and new prescriptions.Results:Through the Chinese medicine inheritance system v2.5,the prescriptions for the treatment of headache were subjected to drug frequency,four gas,five flavors,returning,association rules and complex system entropy cluster analysis.The comprehensive results showed that the commonly used drugs,prescriptions and drugs On the composition.Through the analysis of 187 prescriptions for headache treatment among the five doctors of Yishui School,the results of the medication range indicated that a total of 145 Chinese herbal medicines were involved.The common drug types include Jiebi,Tonic,Qingre,Huoxuehua,Cough,phlegm and blood stasis medicine,Wenli medicine,Lishui osmosis medicine,chemical medicine,qi medicine,Pinggan Xifeng medicine,and diarrhea medicine.The results of the four-gas analysis showed that the frequency of use of the warm drug was 762,the number of cold drugs was 366,and that of the flat drug was 203.The hot and cold drugs are used less frequently,57 times and 38 times respectively.The five-flavor analysis of the drugs shows that the pungent,sweet and bitter tastes are the most common;the order of frequency of drug returning from high to low is:spleen,lung,stomach,heart,liver,kidney,bladder,large intestine,gallbladder,small intestine,triple burner,pericardium.Using the"group prescription analysis"module,the system analyzes commonly used drugs and drug pairs,forming 13 groups of common drugs,20 core combinations,based on unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method to obtain 10 new parties,and in the new party The analysis of core drugs provides a theoretical basis for drug selection for modern clinical treatment of headaches.Conclusion:The Yishui School has made great contributions to the traditional Chinese medicine science.It has unique insights into the taste,efficacy and application of many drugs.The headache-induced medicine has a great influence on the later generations,which provides great guidance for the clinical treatment of headache in modern Chinese medicine.Significance,so in-depth understanding of the application of the four Yishui School on headache treatment drugs will have a good reference for today’s clinical.In this study,the establishment of the database of headache and prescription drugs by the main doctors of the Yishui School,the use of the Chinese medicine inheritance system to collect and organize the other agents and drugs,and the multi-angle and multi-dimensional analysis,the method of the Yishui School in the treatment of headache disorders.It has important guiding significance for modern clinical work and it is worthy of further promotion and application.
