Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction In The Treatment Of Joint Swelling, Pain, Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Syndrome After Meniscus Injury

Objective: To analyze the clinical efficacy and treatment safety of modified fuyuan huoxue decoction in treating meniscus injury and joint swelling and pain(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after arthroscopy,and to observe the clinical application value of modified fuyuan huoxue decoction.Methods:Choose 70 cases of meniscus injury with Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome and joint swelling and pain which need surgical treatment in our hospital within one year.All patients were randomly divided into control group(35cases)and the treatment group(35 cases).The control group received only conventional treatment.The treatment group should be treated with modified fuyuan huoxue decoction on the basis of routine treatment.After the treatment of the two groups of patients,it is necessary to analyze the treatment effect and joint swelling and pain of the two groups of patients.Results:1.The analysis shows that the two groups of patients after treatment have achieved a certain effect,but the effective rate of the treatment group is significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference is statistically significant(P <0.05).2.After treatment,The VAS pain score,postoperative time out of bed,weight bearing time and hospitalization time in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,but the HSS knee score and Lysholm knee score in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.In terms of treatment safety,all kinds of adverse reactions and complications occurred in both groups.However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:1.The use of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional treatmentcan significantly improve the treatment efficiency of patients with joint swelling and pain(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after meniscus injury surgery,and can better improve the patient’s condition.2.The treatment of joint swelling and pain(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after meniscus injury with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with conventional method can better reduce the pain symptoms of patients,improve knee joint function,and to a certain extent reduce Postoperative hospital stay,weight-bearing time and time out of bed.3.The safety of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction in the treatment of joint swelling and pain(Qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome)after meniscus injury is also higher.The combination of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction and conventional treatment will not lead to more complications.
