Anxiety And Depression Of Cancer Patients And Its Influencing Factors, And The Research Of TCM Physique Typing

Objective:Cancer treatment has made great strides.However,the psychological disorders of cancer patients and their interventions have not been taken seriously.The relationship between disease and emotion in TCM is recorded in Huangdi Neijing.It records that excessive emotions can damage the visceras’Qi of the human body in the Great Theory on Yin-Yang Corresponding to Nature.There are also ancient books about the relationship between cancer and mood.For example,Further Discourses on the Properties of Things of Zhu Danxi Described that emotional emotions could lead to breast cancer.It is obvious that the link between cancer and mood has been discovered and documented early by medical scientists.The purpose of this study is to investigate the occurrence of various negative emotions in cancer patients and it’s possible influencing factors.To analyze the relationship between patients’negative emotions and demand satisfaction and count the syndrome differentiation of Constitution and treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine from patients with cancer.To get real and effective conclusions through the research and pay more emphasis to the psychological disorders of patientsMethod:To collect cancer cases in the Internal Medicine Ward of Oncology Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,China-Japan Friendship Hospital,Ministry of Health.Choose those patients that accord with inclusion criteria and do not belong to exclusion criteria.Complete the patient assessment scale one by one according to the actual situation with the consent of the patient himself and his family members.Make sure the accuracy of this data collection when filling in the process.Then,alalyze the possible influencing factors of anxiety and depression in cancer patients by SPSS after completion of case collection.At last,summarize the constitution distribution of different types of cancer patients in traditional Chinese medicine,and also,patients’needs of different levels.Result:In 138 Cancer Patients,there are 44 patients with anxiety and 36 patients with depression.Patients the more younger,more ignorance of the condition of their illnesses,underway chemotherapy are more likely to be accompanied by anxiety and depression.Those patients with highly educated or poor physical strength and has untoward effect to treatment are more likely to be accompanied by anxiety.Patients with different methods of operation has differences in the incidence rate of anxiety and depression.Patients with colorectal cancer whose operated by fistulostomy are more likely to be anxious and depressed.Patients with breast cancer whose operated by mastectomy are more likely to be anxious and depressed.Cancerous person are more likely to be biased constitution,and patients with mild physical are less.Yang-qi deficiency constitution and Qi-stagnation constitution are the most in the biased constitution,when Qi-stagnation constitution and qi deficiency constitution are the most parts ofpatients accompanied by anxiety and depression.Different patients of malignant tumor have different needs in disease information、supportive emotions and life reconstruction.Conclusion:Cancerous person those younger or underway chemotherapy are more likely to be accompanied by anxiety and depression.Different surgical methods will affect the occurrence of anxiety and depression in patients.Cancerous person are more likely to be biased constitution and patients with mild physical are rare.Psychological needs of patients with different types of cancer are different.
