Purpose: To observe the changes of clinical indicators before and after treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis treated with entecavir combined with self-made anti-fibrosis prescription, and analyze the effect of anti-fibrosis prescription combined with entecavir on hepatitis B liver fibrosis. Methods: This study is a retrospective analysis.A retrospective study was conducted on 60 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis who were diagnosed in the Department of Infectious Diseases,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, between November 2015 and December 2017 in accordance with the classification of liver depression and spleen deficiency.According to whether they accepted the antifibrosis treatment, they were divided into treatment group and control group.30 patients in the control group were treated with entecavir, and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with anti-fibrosis plus entecavir. There was no significant difference in gender, age and disease course between the two groups(P>0.05).The two groups of patients took three months as a course of treatment and compared liver function(AST,ALT),HBV-DNA negative rate,APRI score,LSM before, after treatment for three months, and six months after treatment.Value and TCM symptom scores, and make an evaluation. Results: The LSM values of liver fibrosis were significantly decreased in the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05)and the comparison between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the AST and APRI scores of the two groups were 3 months after treatment. There was a statistically significant difference between the 6months after treatment and the 6 months after treatment(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in the ALT and HBV-DNA negative count between the two groups before and after treatment at 3 months(P < 0.05).),There was no significant difference in the six months after treatment(P>0.05);both TCM syndrome scores in both groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.05);the differences between groups were significant(P<0.05);the treatment group was significant The improvement rate is better than that of the control group. Conclusion: 1.Anti-fibrosis prescription combined with entecavir in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis after six months of treatment can significantly improve the symptomsof patients with anti-fibrosis.2.The anti-fibrosis regimen combined with entecavir is more effective than entecavir alone in the treatment of hepatitis B liver fibrosis.
