| Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Jiawei You Gui Wan in the treatment of postmenopausal breast cancer patients with osteopenia induced by anastrozole.Materials and methods: 45 eligible patients were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group(23 cases): ananzole + calcium(1 times a day,1 tablets each time);the treatment group was given Jiawei You Gui Wan(1 doses per day)+ ananzole + calcium(1 times a day,1 tablets).After 6 months of continuous treatment,the related indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were compared,including bone density,estrogen level,TCM symptom score,and the clinical efficacy of Jiawei You Gui Wan.Result:1.Before treatment,the age,age of menopause,bone mineral density of the two groups were used t test,and P was > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The baseline level of the two groups was the same,and the clinical comparability was found.2.After treatment,the bone mineral density of the two groups decreased,and the decrease of the treatment group was less than that of the control group.3.The level of estrogen in the two groups decreased after treatment.4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.36%,while that of the control group was 47.83%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:This study found that Jiawei You Gui Wan can effectively treat the osteopenia of the patients with postmenopausal breast cancer caused by ananzole,improve the clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life of the patients. |
