The Influence Of Emotional Factors On The Disease Activity Of Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis

Purpose:Providing the theoretical basis for improving the therapeutic effects of patients with rheumatoid arthritis is to investigate and to analyze the correlations among family function,social support,general well-being and the disease activity of the patients.Material and methods:We take the cross-sectional survey on 123 patientas according to the 2010 ACR&EULAR’s diagnostic criterias in the Rheumatology department of Liaoning TCM hosipital from October in 2016 to March in 2017.The measurement scales are general information,clinical features and domestic international recognized scales,including APGAR,SSRS,GWB.We use Exploratoring analysis,T test,ANOVA test,Partial correlation analysis,Multiple linear regression analysis to find out the relationship among them.Results: 1.The differences of DAS28 are statistically significant in family function,social support,general well-being(P<0.05).Family function(r偏=-0.202),social support(r偏=-0.297),general well-being(r偏=-0.375)all have negatively correlated with DAS28 score.2.The score of DAS28 is influenced by general well-being(39.6%),social support(29.2%),family function(17.2%).3.The number of swollen joints is influenced by general well-being(38.0%),social support(34.7%).The number of tender joints is influenced by general well-being(32.5%),family function(26.0%),social support(21.3%).ESR is influenced by general well-being(38.4%),social support(19.7%).The score of VAS is influenced by general well-being(32.7%).Conclusions: 1.Family function,social support and general well-being can affect the degree of disease activity of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Rheumatoid arthritis patients with poor family function,bad social support and low general well-being were seriously ill.2.The emotional factors bring different influence on rheumatoid arthritis patients,and general well-being is the most influential factor on rheumatoid arthritis patients,followed by social support and family function.3.The emotional factors of rheumatoid arthritis patients affect the pain perception.Specificly,The better family function has,the fewer patient’s tenderness joints have.The better social support has,the fewer patient’s tenderness joints、swelling joints have.The better general well-being has,the fewer patient’s tenderness joints、swelling joints and pain degree have.
